I started purchasing this particular make and model camera a few years ago. Loved it. Encouraged friends to buy it also. Couldn't go wrong for the price. Turn your house into a safe zone. I've even gifted a few to others. Lately however it's become a bit of a hit or miss on a couple of cameras. Some weren't working right out of the box. Fortunately Amazon did a refund on the items. Don't know if it was a fluke with a bad run on production but the low price still makes me willing to take a chance. If it wasn't for the recent issues I would have rated this five stars. My older original cameras work fine.

I bought two of these cameras to keep tabs on the dogs while I am not home. They were super easy to set up and begin using. The night vision works great! FYI, if you have it looking out a window, you will have to not have it on night vision setting. It will glare against the window so you will not be able to see anything. I recommend. The app is easy to use as well. I am going to order another one with the pan feature this time.

I just purchased the camera pack Ec60 x2. I used them with sandisc 64gb cards. Everything worked great for a few weeks with local recoding etc, the app is good and pretty intuitive so I was happy. Now just a month later for no reason I cannot pull up the videos off the SD card which I could do fine just a week or so ago. I tried everything I could to get it working again correctly. I set it back to factory too and still the same on both cameras. This is so annoying as it was just fine. I now have to have a back and forth with TPlink to help… In addition, these are security cameras so now I can’t playback so that’s a huge pain and security issue for my home (and reason for purchase). Update: for no reason the cameras are working fine again! Not sure what’s up … happy they started working but a little concerned about it occurring again especially when I’m using these for monitoring …. After a few months; seems to be fine. I think there must have been a firmware update … at this point I would recommend 👍🏼

Got this camera once and it was what it said it would be. Next two times I ordered it it was not the KC100. Be careful and check when you get it from Amazon. The KC100 is the original that shows great cloud storage for you and notifies you of motion if desired. No SD card. I wanted it because I could easily see motion events in the app for the last 48 hours or so. For Free. Now they don't want to sell it because it does this for you. I'd love to have another one because they're great little cams but I don't trust Amazon to get me the right one after the last fiasco.
