Ok 1st off this dress is beautiful i bought the royal blue for a wedding coming up. The fabric is slightly stretchy which give that little bit of room, and the fabric is heavy yet soft making it feel like it was an expensive bought dress. Its not see through at all and had a slit on each side, which i thought would bother me but its not bad at all. It hugs you in all the right places, and hides a belly if you have one. I ordered by my bust size which is a 42C which put me at a 2xl, im about 185lbs and 5'6 for reference. The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical at first especially not a person that orders clothes online. Out of the four I ordered, this was my pick, this dress by this brand was absolutely beautiful! The material is heavy and you would think it's more than the actual price, it is haltered with two slits one on each side although in the picture it only shows one, the sidings of the dress does help with coverage as I had read many reviews some stating that the slits were too high, honestly it all depends on the thickness in a person's shape of legs 🦵🏾, and when sitting down if crossing legs your legs will show, but was sexy in my husband's eyes LOL, and if little tummy pouch is obvious, the style of the dress helps to hide. The material does stretch with the curve of your body. I also decided to wear a strapless bra for secureness since I am a 38G which worked out perfect, the dress is a long formal dress, my height is 5'5 and I did wear heels which did help with it not to drag along the floor, I ordered an XL, the halter was also comfy around my neck no irritation no scratching I absolutely loved this dress and have no complaints at all about it, and will be keeping for another event in the future! ... show more

The dress is beautiful and better fabric than expected. The weight, look, and feel of the fabric makes it look expensive. The color was spot on too. I bought this for a fundraiser gala, but unfortunately had to return it because, even though I used the size chart, the dress was too big overall. It has more elasticity than i expected and the dress draped long and the slits didn't even open when I walked. I still do recommend this dress. I felt very comfortable in this dress. I wear a size 42 DD bra, and my belly doesn't seem to be getting much smaller. But this dress was very flattering. I am 5'7" and with a low pair of heels, the length was perfect. The only thing I would say is like all the other reviews mention, there are in fact there is a slit on both sides of the dress. It made it a bit tricky when sitting, and the wind was pretty strong that day as well, which made it a bit interesting keeping everything covered. I ordered this dress last minute for a wedding and it came in just the nick of time! (2hrs before the wedding!) I'm 5'6" and weight about 160. I got a large and it fit great. Only thing to be mindful of is when sitting the slits show a bit of thigh but as long as you are aware of it you can easily cover with the dress. Was light weight and very comfortable.
