I had been looking for a lock for our front door with some of the features that this one has. We were so happy that this one comes with so much more. Pros You can open this lock with a fingerprint, key, code, (ability to have a different code for each family member) or from the app Installation was fairly simple. My husband was not swearing and it did not take him long and he did not have to use any Band-Aids.! Cons There are two different apps that you can download to your phone which seem to be identical. The instructions were very confusing as it didn’t seem to translate for me at least. We had to get on the same Wi-Fi which is 2.4 GHz on our phone and bring the router over to the lock but we finally figured it out. The instructions to have a disclaimer that say that the lock may go backwards, and how to fix that, however what we experienced was a couple of times when we tried to lock it from the app, it got caught and didn’t lock, but had a little warning sound. We made a couple of adjustments with the door and everything is fine now. Overall, we are very satisfied with this unit and so far so good.

I don't feel great about giving my fingerprint to China via my front door lock but really, they'd probably already have it if they want it. The first unit I received wouldn't pair with the app correctly. They sent another one and it worked immediately. App is easy to use, the lock works great, it's easy to use the biometric/finger print reader, the key, or the digital code. Using my finger to unlock the door has been way cooler and more convenient than I though especially when coming home at night and the front light is still off.

This is one of those things I didn't think I'd need and it turned out to be useful lock. That I had never thought. I'm not a high tech guy. Even I hate everything automatically in my house. But not this time. Until I found this hanfox smart lock. Oh man I like it . I have no longer to worry that I locked or not when I somewhere. Thanks I recommend this item. I had installed the second one of these locks and it started having issues not fully unlocking. Sent them a video. They shipped me another lock. Installed now with no problems. Will definitely buy another. Make sure you get the gateway remote. Let’s you control your locks away from home

The media could not be loaded. My front door has a sleek and contemporary black finish, which gives it a sense of elegance and complements the overall aesthetics of the house. The method of installation was surprisingly simple, and I was able to set up the smart lock all by myself without needing any help from a trained expert. The box had all of the essential mounting hardware in addition to detailed instructions, which made the assembly process quite simple. The features that allow for keyless access are quite useful. Fingerprint recognition, a mobile app on my smartphone, and a keypad are just some of the ways I can now open my front door. Having access to all of these different choices means that I will never be without a dependable method of entering my house, even in the event that I misplace my keys or my smartphone. During my actual use of this smart lock, the fingerprint recognition technology has performed without a hitch each and every time. It takes very little time to identify my registered fingerprints, and I like that it can save several fingerprints for different members of my family or other people I can rely on. Only those who are permitted to do so are able to enter my house, thanks to the additional protection that biometrics provide. This provides me with the peace of mind that I need.

This lock was super easy to install and set up. The app is user friendly as well. We probably had it installed and ready for use in less than 20 minutes. I also appreciate the affordable price for a lock that can be opened by pin, fingerprint, RFID, and key! Highly recommend!
