I've had this bed for about 9 months now and it has been comfortable and being adjustable has been especially important to me as I had surgery on both knees and needed to keep them horizontal for the first 3 months. I recently had an issue where the remote stopped working and I went to the Celestial Sleep website (celestialsleep.co) and filled out a help request form. Within 1/2 hr a customer support person responded with instructions on how to reset the remote. The remote was working again after following the instructions they sent me. That kind of customer service is rare these days so I give them high marks for that. The warranty on this bed is also very good: • Years 1-2: Full parts, labor, and shipping • Year 3-4: 75% parts (no labor, no shipping) • Years 5-6: 50% parts (no labor, no shipping) • Years 7-10: 25% parts (no labor, no shipping) I would highly recommend this bed and Celestial Sleep is a good company. ... show more

The 12 in mattress and adjustable bed frame is comfortable and well worth the money. It was a little tall for our son so we had to replace the legs the Benbuoo legs on Amazon were a perfect fit.

This bed is great! It was fairly easy for my husband to put together. I bought it to help with back pain but it unexpectedly helped with knee pain as well. We're both sleeping better than we have in years. When laying flat, it's probably slightly too firm but the second you lift either your head or your legs, it's like you're sitting on a cloud. It's unreal. The brand's customer service was super responsive as well. I initially thought I only received one of the mattresses for the split king but somehow they squeezed both into one box. Overall the mechanics are really quiet as well. Only time will tell how everything holds up but you can see it's good quality. The metal has some good weight to it. So far, it's really good value for the money. As a note, when you first inflate the beds, there is a strong odor but it goes away after a few days. Truly a great buy! ... show more
