I ordered this model after many years of owning the same (but older) model. It arrived amazingly well packed, didn't budge an inch in its box. Dials are different but the pans, etc. from the older model fit this one. Cooked lunch today, all was fine. i would suggest that the manufacturer mark a little more obviously the on/off and markers on the dials. This is a good brand, I never had a problem with the previous oven, it just began to grow old. My only other suggestion would be a 3 prong plug.

I going to give the product 4 stars and the customer support 5 stars! After 13 months of use, the french doors got jammed when attempting to open, in addition the product tends to be hotter near the back of the oven, I would suggest a protection plan. Other than that, I haven't found any other issues with it. When I contacted customer support about the door opening issue, they requested verification of problem (video of attempting to open door(s)) and the usual purchase info. By the next day, they had ok'd a replacement. Very fast and courteous support personnel. Will definitely by Kalorik products.

First of all, it arrived on time. But upside down and bashed. Like it had been dropped from a decent height. The eps liner was smashed to little Styrofoam balls that cling to everything with static electric glee. The unit itself has a dent in the upper right corner. ...Amazon should give me a scratch-&-dent discount...? Anyhow, it works great. Respect the heat and don't cook anything on the bottom at a high temperature. Learned that the hard way. I knocked off one star because my 12" pizza pan doesn't fit in it. Claims to cook a 12" pizza though. I wish it was just a tiny bit bigger. EDIT 3/30/24 --- Used it twice today and it worked perfectly as usual. Turned it on for the third time and it made a zzzippp-POPPP noise and burst into flame from inside the unit, upper right-hand side, behind the toaster timer area. I quickly shut it off and the fire went out. Lovely electrical fire smell. Another EDIT: 4/2/24 --- I used the Kalorik website to contact the seller on Saturday, didn't really expect any reply. I contacted Amazon yesterday and they got back to me right away with a sincere apology and offer for a warranty return. They sent me a label, I had to scrounge up a box, and I sent it back to them via UPS. Once it was in UPS hands I got an email from Amazon stating I had gotten a conditional refund pending their receipt of the Air Fryer. Got an email from The Legacy Companies a little while ago that they received my "request and a ticket has been issued. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response. (usually within 24-48 Business Hours). Thank you for your patience. Sincerely, The Legacy Companies Support Team" Amazon's response was MUCH more appropriate. The freakin' thing burst into flame in my kitchen... EDIT Again: 4/4/24 -- Legacy emailed me again: "As part of the purchase of the KALORIK brand, The Legacy Companies are not responsible for warranty fulfillment of any purchases made prior to 1/5/2024. Despite this fact The Legacy Companies has decided to honor models it purchased which are still under warranty. We are attempting to get access to the former owners stock of product. As soon as we have access we will be able to honor your request if it falls under the Warranty Terms. We cannot provide cash refunds but will replace product per the warranty. In order to process your warranty request we require the following information: Your Full Name Shipping Address The Best Telephone Number. Purchase Location A copy of your Proof of Purchase Receipt Model Number A photo of the bottom of your unit showing the label/labels with the model number, Date Code, Manufacture Code, Serial , ETC. Advise the issue/issues you are experiencing with the unit Please send a short video clip of what you are experiencing (10 second video) Upon receipt of these items we will assess your warranty claim request. I had hoped that this will replace my toaster oven and give me full functionality, but it doesn't. I have not tested this unit fully but will update this review as I use more features. I like dials over blister buttons that usually wear out. This model has dials, check. The toaster option is not automatic. It is basically an oven, with a timer preset to light/medium/dark. Therefore you should never leave the toaster option unattended because it does not auto shut off. Disappointed because that is a feature I want to automatically shut off. Correction:. Toaster option does turn off. But don't use the 400 degrees setting as suggested by the manufacturer because it literally burns your toast black. Try the 300 degrees setting. Toasting option is ok. I tried the air fryer option to cook salmon and asparagus at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Did a nice job. I'm looking forward to trying the rotisserie function for a whole chicken. The rod and the rotation receiver looks to be all metal. Doesn't appear to have plastic parts that can break. That was another reason I bought this unit. The one thing this does not have that other unit has is a rotisserie basket. Wished they have that option to roast peppers. I could have used one tonight for making chilie rellanos.

I love how large interior capacity is. I can do an entire box of clams in one operation rather than having to split it up into two, like my old air fryer. I love how the doors open up and stay open while I put the different pieces in. Everything is for easy to clean, except under two rods at the bottom. Other than that, everything‘s great. I can tell you, don’t forgetto put in the drip pan, it makes a real mess if you don’t use it.

I have owned a few Air Fryers in the past. I needed a larger capacity to be able to use and this Kalorik fits the bill to a "T". This product does everything the say it does and more. There are only 2 of us and I will be using this for most all of my meals instead of our large Convection oven. I'm really looking forward to see how it will Bake Artisan style bread. 10+ Stars for me.

Easy access open doors, great lighting, Easy to use knob setting and timers. No digital non-sense and technicalities. Controls are simple simple easy to use, easy for everyone to use.
