(+) Good value quality for the price (one of the cheapest possible gaming chairs on Amazon at the time). Basic padding and frame that helps your body comfortably focus (not to sleep in though). Update 12/6/2020: Has a good reclining feature as advertised, just make sure to set your reclining lock to "free" by pulling it out. Added perk: good rocking ability so far when set to reclining. As long as you're not rocking it too violently/hard, it'll probably last a good while. (-) Could be a little taller for the price. Just barely tall enough for a 5'3-4" person to rest their head against the back. Anyone taller would either have to attach a add-on pillow to be able to lean their head back if you wanted to be able to work on a desktop computer while pushing your head back against the chair (to avoid that dreaded neck strain). Found it not as easy to assemble as advertised, probably varies with each package: -screw-holes don't exactly align with each other so it took almost forever screwing the back in place to the armrest. -Pieces take a lot of firm yanking and shoving to put together (wheels and stem) so don't expect any elderly or too young people to be able to assemble this without help. -there's no step by step instructions so it takes some basic understanding of the picture in guestimate how to put this thing together. Would be nice if there was a direct link to an assembling video or more detailed instructions. ... show more

Edited Review First there apparently were some major shipping problems and the chair for my step son arrived 3 days late (this was after the initial 4 days for delivery). I was not happy about this - we had a tree fall on our house and we are trying to get things back to normal after Hurricane Debby. After a couple days of messaging the seller I got a response (thank you). Chair arrived - no instructions / not the sellers fault and I am mechanically inclined so putting it together was easy enough. Once my step son sat in it we realized a problem, the piston is very short. My step son is 6'2". I at 5'9" it was also too short for me. I bought a DOZYANT 6" Long Stroke piston and swapped them out. If you get this chair I suggest not even using the supplied piston and buy the DOZYANT 6" and use that right from the get go. If you installed the piston and now cant get the piston out of the bottom of the seat pic up the Office Chair Cylinder Removal Tool by OASIS - you will thank me. Once assembled properly and the right piston in it - this is a good chair. The faux leather feels nice it seems durable (granted a cat with claws will still shred it) The chair is light to move around but does not tip over. ... show more

I bought a $150 gaming chair about two years ago. Despite the price, and the features, the build quality and durability were not what I expected for the price. However, this chair is the exact opposite. For $60, you are getting a chair with no over the top features, but is seriously durable, comfortable, easy to assemble, and cheap. As for my experience, the chair got to me in just under a week. Assembly was a breeze, though unfortunately one of the screws was missing. No biggy though, cuz it still came together just fine! I left a message with the seller and will see if I can get one shipped out, but even without the screw, I can't even notice that one is missing. As for comfort, I am 5'8, 250 Lbs (I am a power lifter, not obese lol) and there are few chairs that hold me as perfectly as this one. There is no head rest for anybody wondering, though this isn't particularly negative as in my case, where it may be for someone else. The arms are the perfect height for fitting directly under my desk which is 30 inches off the ground, so gaming is very comfortable. Everything feels extremely sturdy so far. I'm hoping this one holds out in the future. I will update as time goes on. ... show more

Good decent chair for small kids not for 180 plus pounds adults. Build quality is good enough but will break with heavier loads. Not worth the price in my opinion and should be stated for kids and teens.

It's a comfortable chair, I've had it for a month now. Easy to build, the hardest thing for me was putting those pesky little screw covers in the arms of the chair. It looks cool and comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. I just wish it had thicker cushions in the seat and arm area. But overall great value. Update: I've had it for about 10 months now and it's still holding up. There are some little squeeks when I lean to the side or lean back. I wish the arm rests had more padding. Still comfortable to sit on for multiple hours. ... show more

    • After three days, my tailbone and butt are constantly sore

I bought this chair to be used as both an office and gaming chair. And I am absolutely shocked at how amazingly uncomfortable this chair is. I have had it for only 3 days, and my tailbone and butt are now constantly sore. I have no idea why this is the case, but for me, at least, this chair is not going to work out at all without some kind of extra padding added to the seat (and I'm not a big guy at all - in fact I'm short and, except for a little pot belly, skinny). I may continue to use it as an office chair if I can buy an extra cushion that works, but I doubt it will ever be used for gaming. On the plus side, it was fairly easy to assemble, though I recommend attaching the arms to the back first, and then attaching them to the base. Probably would have taken me 10 minutes less time if I had done that (total assembly took about 25 minutes). EDIT: After a week with two (!) extra cushions, there was no improvement on this chair. It is absolutely the most uncomfortable chair I've ever used. How it gets positive ratings is beyond my understanding. I bought another chair which is actually comfortable, and am returning this piece of junk. I cannot get it out of my office fast enough. ... show more
