- A great beginner-friendly concert ukulele for those who want a fuller, warmer sound with a comfortable grip. Easy to play and perfect for learning chords, smooth strumming, and everyday practice, especially for students and first-time players exploring pop and Bollywood songs.
- Concert Size, Comfortable and Easy to Play - The 23" concert size offers more space between frets than a soprano, making it easier for beginners to hold chords cleanly and practice comfortably for longer sessions.
- Brown Matte Finish Warm, Minimal, and Aesthetic - The warm brown finish reflects the simple, aesthetic style often seen in content creation and acoustic covers. Creators like Sayali Tank are often spotted using brown ukuleles in a similar style, making this a great fit if you enjoy creating or performing soft, expressive music.
- All-Mahogany Build for Warm, Full Tone - With a laminated mahogany top, back, and sides, this ukulele produces a warm, rounded sound. Chords feel fuller and smoother, making it ideal for singing along and relaxed playing.
- Smooth Rosewood Fingerboard for Easy Transitions - The rosewood fretboard allows smooth movement across frets, helping beginners switch chords easily and reduce finger fatigue during longer practice sessions.
- Nylon Strings for Warm, Mellow Output - Equipped with 4 nylon strings (0.0100.040 gauge), delivering a soft, warm, and mellow tone. Combined with the Big Belly body, the sound becomes deeper, fuller, and more expressiveperfect for strumming and fingerstyle playing.
- Lightweight with Better Stability - While still easy to carry, the concert body provides better balance and control compared to smaller ukuleles, making it more stable during playing.
- Durable Ladder Bracing for Long-Term Use - The internal ladder bracing supports structural strength and helps maintain consistent tone and durability over time.
Description
Kadence was started on the principle that entry-level or student grade musical instruments should be of playable and enjoyable quality to ensure the success and enjoyment of the individual pursuing an instrument. Suitable for: The 24-inch concert ukulele features a mahogany body. It fits well in your hands so that you strum it and sing along to all your favorite songs. This ukulele has a band equaliser that ensures an ideal range that will suit your musical needs. Thanks to the lightweight tuners, the ukulele will be perfectly balanced in your hands. Enjoy a soft feel as you keep playing, thanks to the ukulele’s rosewood fretboard. Achieve the perfect tone, thanks to the properly aligned frets. Ukulele comes with: The choice between a nylon-string guitar and a steel-string guitar comes down to personal preference. But for beginners, opting for a guitar with nylon strings could spell more convenience as it prevents fingers from getting hurt. You can enjoy a soft feel as you keep playing, thanks to the ukulele’s rosewood fretboard. The properly aligned frets will ensure you achieve the perfect tone. Our concert ukuleles have a rich, warm sound that is sure to put a smile on your face and those around you. Strong and dense rosewood, mahogany top, sides and backs have enough sound projection to ensure some distinct mid-range tone. It can efficiently transfer the vibrations of the strings into the soundboard that gives a warmer and stronger sound that is smoother and mellower.

Great choice
Set name: Baritone Ukulele
As others have noted, the provided strings aren't great. I replaced them with d'addario Ukulele Titanium. Much better sound. This is a good instrument, worth a look.

Nice, Fun, Beginner to Intermediate Model... Plus Electric!!
Set name: Concert Ukulele With EQ
I dabble a bit with the uke and lucked into a fantastic expensive VOX electric model. My 15 year grandaughter has been interested in learning so I started looking for options. I found this one. The ratings were good for the price range so I bought it for her. birthday. Once she opened it, the first thing we did was tune it. It tuned with very little fiddling. My grandaughter says it seems to keep tune well and she usually only tunes it at the start of a session. It was relatively comfortable to play and my grandaughter was immediatel able to play chords. The strings are inexpensive but not terrible for a beginner, besides better strings like from Aquila or D'Adarrio are not very expensive and are easy to put on. The sound was decent, in fact pretty good for a beginner to intermediate instrument. We did not get to try it with an amp when I was with her, but she did play it on an amp at a friends house and called me just thrilled with how it sounded. Bottom line... A good modestly priced uke that performs well and is suitable for a beginner or intermediate player... plus it has the fun option of connecting to an amp

Decent ukulele for its price. Awesome ukulele with better strings
Set name: Concert Ukulele With EQ
I own a Kala Makala concert size ukulele which cost me $60. This one cost me $37 after a $10 discount. Kadence feels very light to hold in comparison to Makala. In terms of sound, out of the box Makala sounds a bit brighter. But for a beginner the difference is not that much. I am writing this review the very first day I got the Kadence. The new ukulele kept going out of tune repeatedly, but that is expected from a new ukulele. However, in comparison my Makala has rarely gone out of tune since day 1 (and I have the Makala for more than 2 years). The frets have a bit sharp edges. But then again had this been my first ukulele, I may have not noticed this. All in all, this ukulele is quite comparable to a much higher quality Kala Makala. If you are a beginner and want to save money, this ukuele is definitely recommended. Now for the fun part, I changed the stock strings with Aquila Sugar Low G strings (costing $11). As a first timer, it took me quite a while to change the strings and tune the ukulele (about 2 hours). But after switching to higher quality strings with a low G tuning, now my Kadence sounds much better than my Makala with a deeper and more guitar like sound (low G tuning strings do make your ukulele sound more like a guitar in general I believe). So, for an intermediate player I suggest to buy new Aquila strings (regular high G tuning or guitaresque low G tuning - your choice), and then this ukulele will be much more fun to play than some of the higher quality ones. On top of all this you also get to connect this uke to an amplifier (which I have yet to test myself). At this price range and with changed strings, I am very happy with buying this ukulele.

It’s perfect
Set name: Concert Ukulele With EQ
I absolutely love this ukulele. Everything is great. The action on the neck, the sound, the tuner, and the pickup built in sounds surprisingly good. I’d go with a better case for it but it’ll do for now. For the money you can’t beat it. My wife is very happy with it. Myself being a musician and attention to detail on any instrument and sound I highly recommend this for a beginner to even a pro. I bought better strings for it but have been pleased with what came on it. Just stretch the strings out and it’ll adjust within a couple days of playing. The strings were wound perfectly out of the box.

Disappointed but for price wasn’t terrible.
Set name: Concert Ukulele With EQ
Item arrived on time and It played nice with zero sharp frets. It doesn’t play too well the further up the fret board you play though. I tried plugging it into 3 different acoustic amps and it was very touchy and sensitive. Wasn’t the best pick up system. I mean for the price it’s not terrible. Just that mixed with missing items it said it comes with such as picks, strap, capo. It only comes with a tuner and no batteries. So missing items or lack of along with the finish on the body not being the best. I decided to return it.

Great Ukulele with really nice electronic tuner.
Set name: Concert Ukulele
Electronic tuner is so cute. So far the ukulele has been great. It does smell like baby powder. The wood looks great.
