Have been using it for over 20 years and it works great. My only issue is that you have to be careful on what shampoo you use, as some turn the color reddish and wash it out quickly. It lasts about 2 weeks before you have to reapply.

I have been using this product for years. Yeah....sometimes I just don't want to act my age ;-). I have short hair, so I dump half of each in other plastic bottles and store it until the next time I need a color. I mean....sheesh....for a few bucks you can color your hair so how nice is that. The amount of time it stays in your hair is dependent on a few things from what I've experienced. If you go in a pool or hot tub, it will certainly take the color out. Also, the sun fades it faster than when it's cloudy. But you will get a week to two weeks out of a coloring and since it fades slowly, you can adjust your color so no one notices hahaha......one word of advice though. I've seen people who go too dark. Go a color one step lighter than your hair color so it isn't obvious. It looks strange to me when guys go too dark. Also, don't get it on our skin and leave it. I've also seen guys with big stains on their ears and forehead.....a truly ghetto look and also obvious that you are dyeing your hair hahaha. ... show more
