Whooaaaaa Had this almost a year and it works great. Haven't had to use the jump start part of it but it's very convenient to have in case I ever do. I use it to keep air in my tires and also as a power bank when I'm on the road for a long period of time. A full battery will get you about 4 times of filling up your tires if you have to fill them up a lot. I normally try to charge after each use to make sure i have a full battery whenever I leave the house. Great product. Everyone needs to have this standard in their vehicle. Price was reasonable and it continues to work great. It can take a while to charge but with a fast charge USB C, it's not terrible. Love the design of it. Not too big so it's perfect to have in your trunk or back seat. Must have if you're on the road a lot like I am. Also has an SOS light which is nice and it's super bright. A lot of functions for the price.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this November 3rd, 2023. I used it two or three times and it's already broken. The only thing working is the battery indicator light which says it's one bar from being full or full. No air pump, no flash light, nothing on the screen, won't even turn on, not even a sound of it attempting to work. Contacted the seller and they're asking me to send a 10 MB video of it not working. I can't even record that small and when I told them this they asked, again, for a video of it under 10 MB. It did work the couple times I got to use it at least. I'm still trying to work with the seller to get it replaced, I'll update when it's sorted out. Update: only took about a week to get a replacement delivered. Works just fine.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this item around the beginning December of last year. Charged it and used it once in January for a flat tire & it worked great. Now today I attempt to use it only to find that , the battery is dead. Has had on the charger for almost 2 hrs and still no charge bars and item will not power on. UPDATE: I contacted the company that was located on the pamphlet in regards to a warranty. They were nice, very communicative & understanding of the situation. Once they verified the product was faulty. They quickly sent out a replacement and also made sure to give me the tracking info. Thank you I’m very pleased! UPDATE TO THE UPDATE…I got like 2 seconds of air before the thing shut off. I attempted to charge it thinking the battery died, yet it won’t cut back on. When I plug it in, it shows charging bars but when I try to cut it on, it doesn’t come on nor can I use the jump starter. Wont bother the seller again but be advised this item needs more work and should be taken off market until it’s resolved.
