Had a slow leak in my tire. I didn’t drive for awhile, too much going on at the home front, so when I aired the tire (worked awesome), the battery was dead. Hooked it up easily and it turned over immediately. Best investment ever!

READ THE BOTTOM OF THIS REVIEW Recently tested the jump feature, it worked. The compressor worked, instructions are a bit lacking but mess with it and you'll figure it out. Operational features not super intuitive. Hopefully it serves as a lasting emergency item. Has been useful in several situations already. UPDATE- Bought 2 units, one stopped working completely. Hopefully customer service will step up and refund me. I will edit this review upon resolution with customer support. Update #2- customer service reached out to me and offered a refund for the defective unit. Even the best products can have a bad apple in the bunch so I don't consider the unit that died a representation of the product. The second unit (we bought 2) is working well and I've recommended it to people several times. Helped a coworker with a jumpstart, aired up several tires, even filled up a couple basketballs for a few kids at the park. Useful item for sure. UPDATE 3..... THIS UNIT WAS $69.99 in April 2023. THE PRICE DOUBLED IN LESS THAN 8 MONTHS!!! I was gonna buy another as a gift but can't get over the bad feeling

Difficult to use. Primarily for tire inflation, but had to really study the manual and follow every step closely, even if it didn't make sense. So - not intuitive to use. And to pump-up a tire from 27psi to 32psi seemed like this thing was going to overheat and die...and took a long time. I'm glad my son and I used it before he would have needed to use it in any sort of emergency situation, as likely the manual wouldn't be handy. One of the attachments broke right-away as well, so I wouldn't say this thing is very sturdy either. I/we did not use the battery jump-start feature, but I'd imagine that if it did work, it would only be for a very small battery with very low CCA.

Starts my car just fine no hesitation. My issue came up when trying to charge my iPad or laptop. With my usb tester it shows it does output up to 20v and up to 60w so should be able to handle my laptop or iPad. The iPad will charge for 10 seconds then the battery starts power cycling the usb c port and doesn’t charge. It only charges at 35w. Wouldn’t charge laptop as well
