This is a good, inexpensive but fairly complete set of bands. I like that it comes with a travel bag as well as a variety of attachments. I am hoping for these to turn into a well-used tool in my home stretching toolbox. They look like they are made well enough, and all the colors are different stretch weights to use, and I can even double them up if it turns out I'm stronger than I thought. All the clips are sturdy, and the mechanism works without any misalignments. and the rubber bands tubes are all the same size in length. The printed guide of the different exercises that I could do is so incredibly tiny and honestly unhelpful, they might as well have just sent a link that I could look at on my phone. If I end up loving these things I will look into buying a better set hopefully from the same seller, but for now these do work just fine, and they are worth using as a tool to do my warm up stretching. ... show more

Maybe a little on the economy side with a barely legible booklet, but good value for the price if you already know what to do with the bands. This is a nice basic set of exercise tubes that gets the job done with everything you’ll need. They aren’t too heavy so they are easy to put in your suitcase to travel with you. The price is great for what you get and the quality is better than the price they charge for all this. The bag is nicely made, is large enough and works well for keeping everything together with a draw string. The handles and ankle straps are well made and comfortable to use. And it comes with a door strap to make all this easier to use. No excuse for not getting a workout in on the road. Even if just lightly working out, it will make you feel better after a long flight to get everything moving again. This is a good set at a good price and has everything you need.
