I have a 2018 Harley Ultra Limited The quality of materials is solid. Holds my phone very securely. I had 2 issues with this. 1 because of the Batwing Faring there wasn't enough handlebar to mount the phone holder but the unit comes with different sizes of inserts so I was able to mount it to the Mirror stem. I had to use part of the rubber strip that comes with the holder so it would grip the stem tightly but it was no problem. There is a rubber shock mount on the holder that keeps the phone from vibrating and it works very well. The only other issue that I had was one of the phillips screws that was part of the assembly from the factory came loose after a few miles of riding and got lost. I had a replacement and had to disassemble the holder in order to get the screw in.. I put lock tight on it and that should take care of it. Other than that it's a good product

The media could not be loaded. The price may seem steep initially, but trust me this will be the best phone mount you've ever used. It's made completely out of steel, and is incredibly strong. I could probably lift my whole bike up just with it. It clamps onto your phone very strongly, and won't come lose at all. I have a huge phone and a pretty big case and it fits in with room to spare. Definitely could fit an OtterBox or similar. I initially didn't like how the mount has to be adjusted with the included wrench, but then I realized it's probably to get more torque to tighten the screws more, and once I installed the mount (installation video attached) it was clear just how strong it was. I ended up keeping that wrench in my bike bag in case I needed it in the future. In my opinion the price is definitely worth it, this is most likely the last bike mount you'll ever need.
