Amazing little a/c unit. Use it in a small 10x10ft room for my son, its always on so it clicks into gear when the temp reaches whatever i set it too. Creates noise but not overbearing and can't be heard over his white noise machine so isnt an issue. We have a tall window that slides to the side. The panel provided was too short but i improvized with some duct tape (pink sprinkles) and cardboard and it works just fine. Highly recommend, was super affordable and works a treat

My vent window is a sliding glass door to the patio - 80inches high. Placed a 1x4x36 inch board from floor up with window kit above it. Worked perfectly. I hesitated putting the drain tube on, since I'll never use the dehumidifier function. But glad I did. On hot humid day it had plenty of condensation drainage from AC unit. Mating the accordion tube to the two fittings was a chore. WATCH THE VIDEO FIRST. Do not expand the accordion while screwing the tube into the fitting, it will screw right in. Works just as I expected. Keeps my apartment cool. You can hear it, but not annoying. Cycles on and off to maintain room temp at your setting. If you run it manually, then set up the remote, you need to power unit down and restart to pair the remote with the unit.

Easy to use, low noise, window vent attachment could be heavier quality. Not a problem for me as I vented thru wall with adapter and flap dryer wall vent.

The media could not be loaded. I live in a trailer, so I had to cut the window kit to fit my window. It was pretty easy to do. The tube wasn't long enough, so I had to buy a table for it to sit on. It makes this weird humming noise, jolts when it stops and starts up again, but other than that it's keeping the room cold. The performance is a little rough.I am hoping that this thing will last through the summer. It's already up to 90° during the day and we're not even in summer yet. It has been running 24/7. So far, it's doing the job.

I waited to make my review so i could make sure i give my best most honest opinion on this air conditioner. The post on this item states it cools down a room up to 350 square foot… my daughters room is 155 square feet. Sooo for example today is. 90 out. The device barely cools down her room. To the point you feel like a fan is just on and not an AIR CONDITIONER. I feel completely duped. Even though the price was fair for an ac allegedly as what it states it is, should cool down her bedroon completely. My son has a small cheap window ac in his 100 square foot room and his AC will not only cool down his room but he occasionally has to end up turning it down on a lower setting because it makes the room so cool. Thats what i expected, this AC to cool down the room to the point you could actually bring it to a low cool. I DO NOT recommend this Airconditioner if your looking for a device that will cool down a hot room or maintain a cool room when its hot outside. I live on the east coast so we have very fluctuating temps. If this AC cant even cool down an 80 degree day..thats means the AC cant do its job and is not worth purchasing! $300 is a lot of money to me as i am a single mom of two. Ugh😣 this stinks!

This thing makes more noise than my other portable air conditioner and it's 2 times bigger than this one. After 1 month of usage, parts of the unit are making noises due to loosen parts from vibration. Had it for about 3 months from the time of this post but I don't think this unit will last too long with all the new noises this unit is causing.

We have purchased 2 so far and love them both. They cool the room really fast and keep it really comfortable. The only downside is the water, we have a gallon jug next to it for the hose to drip into, but if that’s the worst that we have to deal with we’ll take it!
