Don't waste your money on this machine. The unit we received is ill performing and over priced. We followed the instruction book EXACTLY and even watched a couple of videos when things were not working as they were supposed to. The water tank leaks profusely and literally filled the catch tank below the cup. Neither the water or the milk is heated adequately. After several tries and a lot of wasted coffee, the water and milk were lukewarm at best. Nothing fits snugly on this unit except the milk tank. and that is virtually impossible to attach or remove as advertised. The porta filter does not fit properly and the customer is advised to change the poorly designed filter cups by "using a fingernail". Very high tech! Just a few drops of luke warm water/coffee were released to make an espresso; perhaps a tablespoon. We are trying to return this item but Amazon customer service has been unknowledgeable and unhelpful. I am sad to say that this is a definite trend! ... show more

    • More low quality China garbage.
The milk frother didn't work at all. Amazon also did a trash job with packaging. Nothing but two pieces of paper inside to "protect" it so who knows how much of this is also due to that. Try using bubble wrap cheap as*ses.

    • Broke before it could even be used!
I was very excited to use this machine because it looked very sophisticated and had more functions than my old espresso machine. Sadly the new machine broke during its first use and the manufacturer was extremely unhelpful. We returned the piece of junk.

    • Product seems great but Amz shipping causes damage
My trusty old Krups gave out after 11 years of service, so I thought I'd step up to something that would serve my needs better. I was so excited to get it, I carefully unpacked everything and washed it as instructed. I was REALLY surprised to see that tou can even program this unit to your preferences (length of espresso shot & milk for each function) - that was a cool bonus that I'd not seen in this listing. All of the pieces & parts were very well-packed and secured within the product box...but the unit box had been thrown into an Amazon bos for shipping with no padding, and the box was too big, and ... well, sad day for me: I got everything in place for the initiation cycle, and all I got was a loud, angry motor followed by blinking and beeping. Checked thr troubleshooting page, and it's the "no water" warning. I'd been careful to remove the blue film that I'd read about here, and the intake was wet to the touch when I removed the tank, but it just wasn't pulling anything in. Trying to turn the power off resulted in the motor restarting, with the same result (they aren't kidding when they say "push any button to try again" and that's a bit of a design flaw). Had to unplug it to get it to stop beeping. I have put in a request for help with Jassy's customer service, and I really hope I can get a unit that works. It's really cute, a perfect fit for my countertop (same footprint as the Krups, even with this milk reservoir). And my husband's a little worried about the fact that I still don't have a working espresso machine... ... show more
