This paddle broke "see picture" while playing with it. just after a few games over the last couple months. I tried to call Joola but the support line was buzy and after a long explanation of how to contact Joola customer support it hung up on me. Also when I tried to contact customer support on their website it failed with an unknown error. I ended up sending a email to Joola customer support. I take very good care of my paddle and I did not damage it. It broke while playing with it. ... show more
