    • Joola has no honor!

This is a great paddle out of the box. The problem is that like all Joola paddles, they deteriorate within 6 months (usually less) and Joola will send you the same paddle and retain your original warranty date, so when the replacement inevitably deteriorates, they will not honor a warranty date for the new paddle, only the old. This JUST happened to me today. I got a replacement sent at the end of January, they said that 90 deterioration is normal wear and tear. I have bought a lot of Joola paddles, but will not purchase so much as a keychain from them going forward. Every one of my Joola paddles has deteriorated. 3 The Gen2's edge guard is notoriously defective, the S3's are illegal to use in competition, the Gen4's core crushes prematurely and the carbon fiber face splits. Pics included. I suggest a Selkirk or Franklin C45 paddle. The pros use them, they last waaaaaaay longer and customer service is better. ... show more

    • Inside structure collapse after 3 month of play
Size: 16mm Color: Magnus
Bought JOOLA Pro IV Magnus 3 months ago. I really liked it, which gave me more power and control, till last week. The paddle suddenly lost so much bounce on the sweet spot, and also sounded so dull. From the outside, there is no trace of damage. I just wonder how such an expensive paddle can be so vulnerable inside? ... show more

    • Not just the nicest pickle ball paddle… But the nicest thing I think I've ever used

Even for an amateur or a Lehman or somebody who has barely played pickle ball more than 10 times the quality of this paddle is apparent, obvious, and basically in your face from the second you open it. Even the box that it comes in is high-quality. But there is something about this paddle the second you are holding it you can feel the quality. I have no idea what makes a high-quality paddle. None. I don't know anything about how the ball gets returned or the different materials that you can use on a paddle… I have no clue about any of it. I wouldn't know a namebrand pickle ball paddle from an actual jar of pickles But make no mistake there is no denying the quality of this paddle. You feel like you're holding something from another dimension or something. I know that sounds very dramatic but I'm telling you even the leather grip is unlike any leather grip I've ever felt from golf clubs to tennis rackets. Speaking of the leather grip it comes protected in plastic. And I didn't even realize that at first. I loved the grip when it still had plastic on it. The leather underneath the plastic felt good because it had a certain amount of spongy squishing but not a lot. But when I realized that there was plastic wrap on it and I took it off... holy biscuits! It's one of the nicest materials I've ever felt. The paddle is awesome looking. I am a fan of the color pink (guys can like pink!) And there's just a little splash of pink on the otherwise gray/white paddle. I think it looks really awesome. I can tell that the paddle gets just the right amount of grip on the ball… Let me rephrase… if you are a good enough player to have that much control I bet you you can make the ball dance like it's on a string If but even if you don't have that much control the paddle is able to get good spin on the ball anyway I mean like I say I don't know the best paddle name brands… But I would be shocked if Joola is not in the top three. The quality is undeniable. Literally undeniable I would go seven stars honestly. Like legitimate seven stars. And from what I know of Pickleball paddles there are way more expensive ones out there. I think there's a ton of value in this paddle ... show more
