I purchased 3 of these Hoverboards for Christmas. One out of the three was bad. One Hoverboard would not hold a charge. I SUGGEST KEEPiNG THE BOX IN ORDER TO RETURN THE HOVERBOARD if it DOES NOT WORK. The return was easy in the original box and packaging. The boards are heavy. The company responded fast. I purchased one for my daughter for Christmas. After opening Christmas day, it stopped working and got very hot after only 3 days. I returned this faulty unit and purchased the exact one, thinking I had a faulty unit. The second unit stopped accepting a charge about a week after arrival.
