The construction is solid, and the lock feels heavy-duty right out of the box. It’s also anti-rust, which makes me feel comfortable because my kids are notorious for leaving items in the rain. The chain was longer than expected so that is good and you could probably lock it around different things and not just a bike rack. and I can’t imagine anyone being able to cut through it without some serious equipment. It definitely gives me peace of mind that my scooter is safe and secure. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to protect their scooter, or a bike.
