We are so impressed with it , the noise level is a lot quieter than my old one , can be in the same room while my daughter’s nap time and my husband watches football game . I also download the APP , the display shows your speed and time on the treadmill to help you keep track , also the remote is responsive and slows you up or down quickly , they all very easy and convenient to handle, I am planning to show my parents and let them start to use this machine. I realized that Maximizes calorie burn and muscle engagement with this walking pad with auto incline , offering 20 adjustable levels up to 20% burn up to 1332 calories pre hour ideal for high -intensity interval training, weight loss , and muscle toning . My goal is to lose 1200 calories pre hour with this new machine. The other big surprises for me is this walking pad made from Alloy steel , as I know using alloy steel in a walking pad (compact treadmill) provides several practical advantages, such as higher strength and durability;increased wear &fatigue resistance; better structural stability; corrosion resistance; improved load distribution. Overall. It is a worth to buy product and very easy to set up and move around if you want to move on the deck in the summer time which is big advantage for me, because we live in the big wood area in Oregon. Nice walking pad/treadmill. Works well under my standing desk (but I did need to add some cinder blocks under the desk to add height, as when you're on the treadmill it'll place you a few inches taller, no big deal). The treadmill is solid, compact (but still works with my stride length as a 6ft 210 lb male), and remote is easy to use, can adjust speed or incline or pause easily. 5mph is plenty enough for a fast paced jog. I was doing 4mph earlier and was jogging on it with level 2 incline and was a good workout. Can easily do HIT intervals like 1 min fast followed by 2 mins slow etc. Great way to add steps while WFH. I like that it stores upright easily (see pics) and slides right under the desk. It even slides sideways (not just forward & backwards), and stays upright on its own, don't need to lean it against anything. Overall a great way to get more steps in or increase workout regimen. Id recommend pairing with a standing desk but just need to add height to the desk (with blocks) since you'll want your arms to rest on keyboard tray at about 90 degrees from where your elbows drop. The media could not be loaded. I have had it less than a week, so far I think it’s an excellent machine. Seems well made, and has all the features I’m looking for. Plus more compact and easy to move than a full sized treadmill for a third of the price. It’s quiet enough not to bother anyone watching tv. The tread is plenty wide and long, and I have long legs and stride so that was something important to me. I purchased the extended warranty just in case. If anything goes wrong, I will update my review. The video shows different speeds. I didn’t go all the way up to 5 mph. I think my top speed was 4.2 mph. On the incline I went all the way up to 20 degrees. I haven’t measured to see if it’s actually 20 degrees, but it’s more than enough for me. It’s not as loud in person as it seems on the video. I just got this walking pad after returning the one I received as a gift. This is night and day. Those $200 pads are cheaply made. No support off the ground. Damaging to your joints. Worst of all they are so short and narrow that either your feet hit either hit the front panel or the sides and you almost fall off. This pad is pretty legit and well worth the purchase. To put in perspective my other pad weighed maybe 40-50 pounds. This one is easily 100lbs. Super sturdy and feels like you are walking on air. I also have it on carpet and have no problems with it.
