I’ve purchased several inflatable hot tubs over the years, and this is the absolute worst. The max fill line is half of the depth of the tub (which is so high I can’t see over the top of it). The water doesn’t even go up past my stomach and I’m super short. My bath tub fills up higher than this thing and it isn’t even a garden tub. When you’re only in a few inches of water and it’s cold out, you FREEZE. also, the heater part of this that allows you to adjust the temperature is very low to the ground. It makes it difficult to see if the temperature is where you want it (you almost have to get in the tub to see this) and it’s so low to the ground you have to almost get out to reach it to adjust the jets and temperature. My inner thighs get cut up on the sharp plastic when climbing in and out of the hot tub because the sides are so high. This is a total waste of money. Go with another brand. Any brand. I’ve tried out 3 of 4 different kinds over the years, so anything else is better than this pile of garbage.

I have had this hot tube for about a year , my husband and I are very pleased with the size and all the features, easy to set up and to keep it running. Some days it may take longer to hit up to 100 F but overall nice product for the price!

After just 14 months the motor failed working and the heater sooner then that . usually I got 2 1/2 years or more from these hot tubs .

This was so easy to set up, and get going!! I filled it up, turned on the heat, and was enjoying it by the next morning 🤗 This has been the best week of my life having my own hot tub!!! I would advise anyone else who buys one to keep in mind the chemicals they need. As well as, test strip to keep the PH correct... So far no complaints from me ❤️

The pump made a rattling sound as soon as I plugged it in. It displayed all kinds of crazy temperature readings and barely heated the water until it completely died. Customer service, however, was good. They sent me a new pump for free. It worked a little better but died in about a week. They told me to send it back for a refund, which I am doing. The tub was too small anyway. My wife and I are not big people, but we were still cramped. This is the third inflatable hot tub I have owned and the only one to perform this poorly. Spend a few more dollars if you have to, but avoid this total piece of junk.

I purchased this hot tub back in 2022, and the setup was super simple, and it worked amazing right out of the box. It took a couple of days to warm up in colder weather (maxing at 104°F), but it worked flawlessly for the first few months, even during sub-zero temperatures. My wife and I used it almost daily for about four months straight, and it kept up with the temperature with no issues. Unfortunately, around February, we got the dreaded E5 error, and I thought it was the end of the line for the tub. I tried draining it and troubleshooting, but nothing seemed to fix it. By then, I was past the return window and honestly didn’t want to toss it. After a few months of it being out of commission, I reached out to the seller and they directed me to the manufacturer. They provided me with a PDF (images uploaded) on how to reset the system, and after following those steps, the hot tub was up and running again! It worked great for a couple of days, and I was thrilled. However, as of 2024, the tub has died again, and this time, it seems like it’s more than just a simple fix. The company responded with a solution, but it requires replacing the entire pump system. At this point, it seems more cost-effective to buy a new one than to replace the pumps. We really loved this tub, and it was great when it worked. But with the ongoing issues, it’s hard to recommend it unless you're ready for the potential of significant repairs down the line.

I read the reviews, and was a little skeptical. I bought it anyway, because there is a 30 return. Set up was easy and quick. It did take it over night to heat up to 104, but I didn’t care about that. I wasn’t using it until the next day. Is it the best hot tub I could ever own? No. But it is the best inflatable purchase I have ever made. My husband loves it, I love it.
