Purchased this hot tub to use on our covered deck. Bought in May 2022. Used it for a month or so then emptied and put away. Set it back up in September and it worked great for about a month. It started flashing E5 which according to the booklet meant the water was too hot. The water temp would now only get to 80's and then the error code would shut it down. Followed the online instructions to reset the thermostat and it still didn't work. Tried to contact the company and got no response. Buyer Beware.

So i went against all the bad reviews noting that most of them were about the heater. I live in the desert so I've had no issue getting this tub past the max setting. Its been over 100 here since I received it. Two weeks in and All in all I'm satisfied. I needed something temporary and this worked out great. Its compact and convenient.

After just 14 months the motor failed working and the heater sooner then that . usually I got 2 1/2 years or more from these hot tubs .

The pump made a rattling sound as soon as I plugged it in. It displayed all kinds of crazy temperature readings and barely heated the water until it completely died. Customer service, however, was good. They sent me a new pump for free. It worked a little better but died in about a week. They told me to send it back for a refund, which I am doing. The tub was too small anyway. My wife and I are not big people, but we were still cramped. This is the third inflatable hot tub I have owned and the only one to perform this poorly. Spend a few more dollars if you have to, but avoid this total piece of junk.

So the good: Big Comfortable Love the cover Bad: Filter doesn't last at all. Supposed to get to 104 degrees but never heats up higher than 102. Drain hose does not fit any size hose and it floods my porch when I try to drain it to clean it because it is so short. Can not position drain hose over edge of porch to drain it as the drain hole points right at the main power. They are less than a foot apart. Power constantly shuts off Heater constantly turns off Says filter is plugged when it's a brand new filter. Pump not strong enough to filter entire spa.

I purchased this hot tub back in 2022, and the setup was super simple, and it worked amazing right out of the box. It took a couple of days to warm up in colder weather (maxing at 104°F), but it worked flawlessly for the first few months, even during sub-zero temperatures. My wife and I used it almost daily for about four months straight, and it kept up with the temperature with no issues. Unfortunately, around February, we got the dreaded E5 error, and I thought it was the end of the line for the tub. I tried draining it and troubleshooting, but nothing seemed to fix it. By then, I was past the return window and honestly didn’t want to toss it. After a few months of it being out of commission, I reached out to the seller and they directed me to the manufacturer. They provided me with a PDF (images uploaded) on how to reset the system, and after following those steps, the hot tub was up and running again! It worked great for a couple of days, and I was thrilled. However, as of 2024, the tub has died again, and this time, it seems like it’s more than just a simple fix. The company responded with a solution, but it requires replacing the entire pump system. At this point, it seems more cost-effective to buy a new one than to replace the pumps. We really loved this tub, and it was great when it worked. But with the ongoing issues, it’s hard to recommend it unless you're ready for the potential of significant repairs down the line.
