This is an excellent choice for a high-quality training equipment mat for indoor rowing. I recently bought this mat and am extremely pleased with its performance. The mat is 8.5 x 2.3 feet and fits most indoor rowing machines, including Concept 2, Nordictrac, Sunny, and Hydrow. The extra-long length protects your flooring from any scuffs or scratches generated by the rowing machine. Furthermore, it is composed of long-lasting, waterproof materials, so you won't have to worry about moisture damage. The mat's non-slip surface is a game changer! It has an excellent grip and stability, so your rowing machine will stay in position during your workout. This allows you to concentrate on your technique and performance without having to worry about slipping or sliding. One thing to bear in mind is that this mat is rather heavy, making it difficult to maneuver. However, considering all of the benefits, this is a tiny annoyance. Perfect length for C2 rower. I've had it for a few weeks and use the rower daily. The rower does leave dents in the mat, but it seems durable.

The product is good except it is too thin. I used it under a rowing machine. It wore a hole in the pad in about two weeks. This good for use under an item that has very little movement. I will order a thicker one for use with my rower.

I use my mat to protect a tile floor and prevent the rowing machine from moving during exercising. However, the mat would bunch up and let the rowing machine still move. Had to weigh the mat down with extra weight to keep the rowing machine from moving during exercising.
