    • Open box means whatever someone decides to put back in the box....
These chairs look nice for the price. They are easy to put together with provided tools. My only feedback is about the "open box" - and perhaps this was my mistake. The box was delivered and it looked like a wild animal had been transported in it rather than two chairs - everything was ripped, the styrofoam was in big pieces and chunks. None of the hardware necessary was bagged up, so washers and springer washers and screws were floating all over the box. Some of the hardware was on my driveway, I later discovered, but I only had enough hardware and screws to put together one of the chairs. The other one is still in pieces and I'll need to go get washers and screws from the hardware store. So, just ... buyer beware on anything that is "open box." ... show more
