Arrived healthy. Central Texas spring, so no worries about temperature. I just rinsed and plopped it in the tank. The African dwarf frogs love it. There's this amorphous mossy blob tumbling around in the corner and the frogs swim through it, dig under it, rest on top of it. I could watch them for hours. The fish aren't nearly as playful but I have seen them sleeping on the moss when I walk by in the morning. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Arrived on time, good amount. There is a lot of brown but some green as well. Immediately placed in tank when delivered. Will do an update in a few weeks hoping once adjusted it will be green and new growth. 😊 UPDATE- Not doing well at all in my tank. It is all pretty much dead. Video update as well. It's a lot more moss than I was expecting however the bag and container containing the moss were both barely even moist. The moss was also very brown overall. There are some green bits so I put it all in a couple tanks and we'll see if it bounces back. Arrived really healthy. I gave it a severe peroxide bath in case there were hitchhikers and let it soak in aquarium water with plenty of sun. Seems to be doing great in my 30 gal.
