In my opinion, the Vmiapxo 8 Pack Natural Driftwood for Aquarium is excellent for creating an attractive aquatic environment. It’s also great for shrimps because they can grow algae and scrape off algae from it. However, if not cleaned properly, it can make your aquarium water slightly tinted There are a few things to keep in mind when cleaning this driftwood. You can put it in a bucket of water that has been in your aquarium for at least two weeks. During this time, you might notice a white cloud forming on the driftwood. This white substance isn’t really algae; it’s more like a fungus. To remove this white stuff, you can try cleaning it by hand, introducing fish species or invertebrates that eat it. But the best approach is to let it go away on its own before placing the driftwood in your aquarium. If you decide to boil the driftwood, make sure to wait at least 24 hours before using it, and ensure the water you use is clean Reverse Osmosis (RO) water.” In this method you might have oil in your aquarium. Great variety in the pack! I'm currently in the process of setting up a nano aquarium and the pieces of wood look amazing as background hardscape! the goal was a mangrove forest and I was very satisfied. Now to just wait on some Java Moss and the look will be complete!
