I researched ebikes for a week or so before settling on Jasion. I wanted to make sure the company i chose had customer service and a good reputation as there are a lot of no name bikes out there and if you meed support there is no one to contact. That being said, we chose the old model retrovolt for our teen boys because we liked the styling of the bike. When the item arrived the one of the seats was damaged in packing, the customer service sent me a new seat immediately after contacting them with pix. No complaints there. As far as the performance, it’s everything they say it is. You can get it up to 30 mph pretty quickly. It’s fun to ride. The battery lasts a long time. It’s functional if you add a basket to it. It’s easy to put together and I’m not mechanically inclined. All the brake pads rubbed badly out of the box so i wish they gave instruction on how to adjust those. (As all 3 of the bikes i ordered from them had this issue ) It is fitted for a second person, i have not tried two up but i don’t think it would be comfortable and i doubt it would have the same level of power getting to higher speeds. We use it off and on road which is why we chose this model. Handles both effortlessly. I kind of think the chain pedal assist is stupid. It would make way more sense to just make it full powered. But I’m sure there is a legal reason they all have pedal assist. It is not a bike you are ever gonna just pedal ride. I guess if you ran out of juice on your battery, but it would be a difficult journey. I also nought the YR20 Jaison from the website which is basically the updated version. It is quicker off the line. It has some upgraded parts. It came with a 2 yr warranty and was only a couple hundred more. I would recommend this for bang for the buck and quality.

I’ve been riding the Jasion RetroVolt with seat and basket, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. The retro styling looks even better in person, and the bike feels solid and well‑built right out of the box. The fat tires give it a really stable, comfortable ride, and it handles bumps and rough pavement better than I expected for the price. The motor has plenty of power for everyday riding, and the pedal assist feels smooth and natural. The seat is comfortable, the basket is useful for carrying small items, and the overall design makes the bike feel fun and practical at the same time. Assembly was straightforward, and everything worked perfectly once set up. For the price, this bike delivers great performance, great looks, and a surprisingly premium feel. I’ve really enjoyed riding it so far and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, reliable e‑bike for commuting or casual rides.

I've been looking at ebikes for my 10 minute commute to work. This little thing is perfect! The assembly was kinda hard for one person, I suggest resorting to YouTube for it and also flip it upside down once the handlebars are on to make putting the front tire on much easier. Brakes are iffy, it took me a while to understand the gear shifter too(I'm new at this). However, I am impressed. It far exceeded my expectations. I'm confused about the motor wattage, in the description it specified 750W but on the bike under the class number it has it at 1200W which is illegal(?) here in Denver hence my 4 star review. Other than having potential legal problems, I'm truly happy with it, absolutely worth every penny. The seat stays warped for a while due to the packaging but it goes away eventually. I also gave it 4 stars because the battery life isn't as great as advertised, it drained it quickly even being on mode 2 while pedaling, it started at 80% and knocked down to 35% just doing a test commute(2.5 miles). There's probably a way to improve that though. Beeeee careful!! Buy a dang helment!!

I am totally pleased with my purchase The bike is strong The wheels come inflated which surprise me I'm not sure about the battery life or any of that yet I haven't had it long enough but everything else seems very nice very sturdy I think that if you purchase this bike you would like it

a little slower then I expected however i live in an area that has a lot of hills so not bad it feels really nice to ride if i had to leave a complaint it was missing one hex thingy but beyond that 10/10 for short commutes
