My baby just turned one and I’m so pleased w this monitor and the functionality. Last month I accidentally sat on the monitor breaking the screen. I immediately ordered another no question asked. Because I know how reliable this item is. It has other features like the temperature in the room, if the temp drops or rises to certain degree base on your preference you will get alerted. It has a feeding timer, because we all know as exhausted mom you can lose track of time It does have the option to added camera and I did want to set up the camera from my previous monitor but I couldn’t get it to work. I might have to reach out to the seller and ask for help. The instructions were included but I think I have to reset the camera first. My favorite feature is the eco setting. It allows the monitor to save battery and only turn on when my baby makes noise or moves Ease of setup: The set up is simple: plug in, set the date and time if you want. I will say I did have to buy the clamp to mount on the crib. Another con is the zoom in it only has one setting instead of letting me gradually zoom Why did you pick this product vs others?: So I was gifted this item for my baby shower Value for money: It’s definitely worth the money for the peace of mind. This is my 3rd HelloBaby product! I received this monitor as a gift in 2023. I loved it! Easy to use, picture quality was great in color and night vision. I purchased a second HelloBaby monitor (different model) that was cheaper & smaller to make it easier to take along on travel or family visits; It gets the job done (still have it and is working great). Unfortunately, my 2023 monitor broke a few days ago. It’s been dropped quite a bit, so it had nothing to do with the product. It’s been surprisingly very durable as there were times I thought it for sure had broken. Tiny hands are quick and powerful! But this last time, the monitor finally gave out. So of course, I planned to purchase another monitor set because you can connect up to 4 cameras to it and my 2023 camera worked just fine. Upon receiving it, the connection fails with my old camera. But the connection with the new monitor and new camera was a piece of cake. I contacted HelloBaby customer service to get assistance with the connection and I received a VERY quick response. That was my first surprise. But not only that, upon discussing my issue, they sent me a whole new camera because my 2023 camera was no longer compatible as there was an update to the 2025 cameras! Talk about amazing customer service! The entire time, they were friendly, understanding, and provided quick responses. This is probably my 2nd review ever, but my first POSITIVE review because how could I possibly not mention what a breeze this company made it to solve my issue. And from what I see, my review is one of many that rave about their customer service. I can also say, the upgrades have been phenomenal. The screen appears to be clearer (I had 0 complaints before so this is fantastic) and the battery life lasts so much longer. I also love the date and time stamp that automatically appears on the screen—as busy parents, days are a blur and our eyes are often on the monitors while trying to get things done, beats having to hunt down a phone because those wind up getting lost while doing a million things while baby naps! I was a happy customer before, but after this AMAZING Customer Service experience, I am even more thrilled about their products. As a first time parent, I can’t say enough about how much I love this monitor. We bought the single camera system for our son and it has been a life and sleep saver! Our son is a very noisy sleeper and neither of us were getting any rest with him sleeping in our room. We decided to move him to his nursery at 4 months. The monitor has three volume-activated settings. Since our son makes a lot of noise in his sleep, we use the moderate setting. The screen turns on and lights up when he begins making enough noise to indicate that the waking up, busy stays off when he’s just grunting in his sleep. This allows us to get better quality sleep in our own room, but gives us enough time to fix him a bottle as he’s waking before he’s in a full-on crying fit. The camera monitor also shows the temperature in the room and you can set alarms to let you know if it’s getting too hot or too cold in the room. This has also been a lifesaver as our nursery tends to be difficult to regulate temperature in. There is also a feature where you can press a button and speak to the baby from where ever you are in the house. I like this because if he begins to start rousing, I’ll sing him a quick lullaby from our own room and he usually goes right back to sleep without me having to get up and go into his nursery. The monitor battery has a long life and is easy to move around the camera with the monitor console to adjust as our son moves around the crib. We are now expecting twins and asked for another monitor with two cameras. We thought we could link all three cameras to one monitor consoled but after contacting the company, we found that our systems were not compatible. I told the company I would just return the two-camera system and purchase a three-camera system instead. They told me that rather than me do that, they would send me a third camera for free that would be compatible with our new two-camera system. They followed through and within a week, we received the third camera free of charge. This company sells an excellent product and their customer service is too notch.
