Our neighbors gave us theirs that they no longer used. We actually never heard of one. We have 2 kids and wanted a second one. We take this along camping and there are a lot of hills and dirt roads. This is so great for kids to get around with. It is comfortable, it was easy to put together. It charges quickly and can hold my husband or myself. We love the storage container and the cup holder is so convenient. This was the best price we found. It moves well, easy to turn and navigate hills and the battery lasts for a long time.

The media could not be loaded. So far the Jasion scooter has been enjoyable. I get o.k speed, honestly for my weight, 17mph in mode 1. I've only used mode 1 but it has 3 total. I'm going to assume that the scooter goes faster in mode 2 and 3. The battery, fully charged, took me to where I wanted to go, the store, the park, and I got to see a couple of other acquaintances. The battery only began to drain if I went full throttle for long periods of time. A person I met while out on the scooter told me he was impressed and was actually looking into buying one. I had people ask me several questions about it and I let them know where I got it. It's a cool little scooter, I think, and it's helping me save some gas on my truck. I'm going to customize it a bit, make it more efficient. But as is, it's a head turner with good features that other people have shown interest in and has served me well so far.

Pros: 1. Easy Ride 2. Has decent speed 3. Fun 4. Perfect for small commutes/Student Transportation 5. Decent price 6. Basket (carry a small pet/ a bag of groceries/ small bag/purse/ small items) 7. Battery life 8. Compact 9. Feels better to sit than stand for a long time with a regular e-scooters 10. Perfect "adult toy" if you have knee/back issues 11. Loud Horn/ brake/ headlight included Cons: 1. Depending on your size, if your lighter you'll probably get the max range of 20 mph/range/speed For me 17-18 mph max, haven't used it till the battery drained but assuming I can get 15 mph in range max 2. Seat is uncomfortable after riding awhile, Gonna eventually switch out 3. Wish the LCD Monitor gave you the option to control your speed like the other brand E-Scooters (I also owned a Caroma E-scooter and it has the option to control your speed) 4. So far where I have traveled, I just take it inside with me but also purchased a lock just in case, Doesn't feature an anti-theft option so either take it with you inside if you can or make sure you secure it! 5 I guess its normal but it does take 5-6 hrs to charge fully but overall for a basic, budget scooter, if your not needing all the "bells and whistles" that sum more expensive e- scooters offer, its a cool lil e- scooter!

This scooter is awesome! It rides smooth, has plenty of speed, and feels solid and safe. The seat is comfortable, battery life is great, and the basket makes it practical for errands. Honestly, it’s my new favorite way to get around.

I had some issues of my own doing when i first bought the scooter. I accidentally changed the settings on the screen and there was no way to reset it to default. The customer support team helped me through this and got me a copy of the p codes for the scooter and helped me get it back on the road. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's very well built and one of the best looking of this class of scooters. As far as any complaints about it not working on a grade, you need to realize it is only 36v and a fraction of the cost of the Jasion e-bikes. It's really an apples to oranges comparison. They seem to make a good product at a good price point.

Like the design and build quality. Worked okay at first, but speed was no where near the advertised speed. 15 mph tops and slow acceleration. showed low battery after just a couple rides. Charged it, turned it back on and the battery indicator flashes and barely goes 5 mph. I didn't bother contacting seller. Just in the process of returning. Not happy with having to pay for shipping sending back and not guaranteed a full refund since I used it. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. I have a Jaison Hunter that seems to be good. So I'm hoping it last. Update. It was going to cost me over $200 to send this stupid scooter back and the seller told me I'd only get 50-90% of my money back. What a joke. I wouldn't buy from this company.

Update: After dealing with Jasion's customer service, I want to amend my review. If you read my review below you will see I was no happy with the performance of this one product. The company stand by their products and remediated the situation 100 percent. I will for sure be buying their new products in the future. Most of my family own a Jasion Electric bike so we will love to see what new products they make. If you live in a flat area this scooter will work great. Its smooth and well built. Let me start off by saying have owned 3 of the Jasion E-bikes. I really wanted to love this scooter. The design and build are excellent. The height of the handlebars and the overall design are good. Now here is the bad. The motor is described has 850w peak with high torque. With 160-pound adult and a 10-degree grade it will barely reach 12mpb. If the grade exceeds that forget about it you are walking up it. Wehn trying to return this item also, forget about it. You have pay for shipping and you lose the 110-dollar original shipping fee. it's a shame they didn't just use the 1200w motors that they install on all their adult E-bikes. I will just have to sell this privately to someone that lives in a flat area. Will I buy future Jasion products? Probably but not anything under a 1200w motor rating. Hope this helps anymore who might be considering buying one.
