I've had an electric bike for four years now and use it almost every day. That added up to over 20,000 miles, many worn out tires, and a replacement battery. It made sense to me to just replace the bike at this juncture. At $450 this bike was half of what I spent four years ago. It was easy to assemble and the quality is very good. I'm never certain what other people expect when they purchase something like this. Is there better bikes than this one? Yes, but not at this price. Could the battery last longer? Could it go faster? Yeah, sure, but over 20mph is pretty fast on a bike if you are not fourteen, and this battery lasts longer than my daily desire to be on a bike. It is a joy to ride, and at this price point, is a bargain. ... show more

    • Very pleasant to ride, the bike is awesome
So maybe I am not really objective, this is my first e-bike. I am riding bikes since I was a kid which was long time ago. Lately I felt I need a helping hand on uphill slopes and this bike is providing it while leaving me opportunity to pedal and do the exercise I am actually interested in. I am using it mostly in PAS1 mode. The bike came flawless, easy to assemble and while I was prepared to do a full tune-up, it proved totally un-necessary. Everything worked as is. I would like it to be a bit lighter, but e-bikes are not light. The motor probably has to be heavy. Actually according to the specs this is one of the lighter e-bikes. Also I would love to have a bit more control of the controller, be able to set some of the pre-programmed parameters. But I am a crazy engineer so maybe that's why. I would recommend this to anybody who wants or needs a little help but still loves and wants to go out riding Few weeks later... Still performing very well, I would recommend for a more detailed manual of the controller. Why is it so hard to publish one on the company website? In the manual that came with the bike all it says about TC mode is 2 obscure lines. ... show more

So far I really enjoy riding this ebike. It was well worth it. I did have a small problem with the front brake rotor but support quickly took care of it for me. I would recommend this bike. Love you take a picture of it before it's submitted

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE. No torque at all, does fine on flat ground but once you hit a slight incline it loses pretty close to all of its power. After about 190 miles that I have put on it, the battery only holds half the charge. Save your money. I bet this review goes all the way to the bottom too to try and hide it. ... show more

I love this bike very much. Everything works perfectly. Easy to put together. Very smooth ride and the battery takes about 7 hours to charge from empty to full. Will update to see how long the battery last.

This is certainly a mixed bag purchase. Assembly instructions are awful misspellings and incomplete. Some sentences don't make any sense. According to the instructions the warranty is only valid if the bike is assembled by a professional. Wish I would have known that before I bought it. Instructions call for a front and rear light. There is only a front light the rear is just a reflector. Had to go to the internet to get help in putting it together, haven't used it yet and may not. I believe the restocking fee is $160.00 for returns. Should have gone to a local bike shop. ... show more
