Really like the bike it’s quick and has good climbing power. Though the bike was delivered with issues. One being that the front power cable was faulty and secondly a few missing screws mainly for the rack. Customer service was quick to respond and found a solution. They sent me an extra controller and power cable even though it was only the cable they wanted to ensure the problem would be fixed. They presented even better customer care by refunding a good amount as I did need to service the bike myself and it’s no easy task running the cable from controller up frame to mounting point. I was disappointed that a new bike had issues out of box but there customer support more than made up for it. ... show more

Overall-5star! Bike is loaded with options, fantastic ride. Speed is plenty. Headlight screw is not long enough to hold heavy headlight. I purchased longer screw and wing nut for $3, then zip tied and it’s solid. The price of this E-bike and the options it has is the best I have seen. I would recommend to anyone. YouTube helped installation. Not sure why people rated low, seems to be over the speed. I didn’t want a motorcycle, so 34mph is plenty. Great E-bike! Very enjoyable! Everything is OK it's just that the charger won't work and I can't get in contact with the seller to get another charger so I think that's pretty sad that you cannot contact anybody even though they leave a place for you to contact them it's kind of stupid so I will give you a zero.

I've been wanting an all-terrain eBike for several years and after seeing the EcoE eBike, Model Ec-6670, 5000W Dual Motor Electric Bike on Amazon, it was a no-brainer to get it. The price was very competitive and the front-door delivery was fast. There was really no additional assembly other than attaching the front wheel & seat, and a few reflectors and within 30-minutes I was enjoying my first ride (even thought it was only 30 degree outside). The bike is solid and has great torque and top-end speed. There's no need for anyone to spend a fortune on an eBike; my new EcoE Ec-6670 has it all -- I absolutely love it !! ... show more

Caveat Emptor - The last product I will be buying from Amazon for a little while. Instructions on assembly are unclear and confusing, the spot welding on the frame looks awful in real life and the bike will not top out past 30 mph unlike the 54 mph that is advertised in the thumbnail for this product. The ONLY reason I am not demanding a refund for this abysmal disappointment is because I do not want to be forced to pack up this incredibly heavy and bulky object, transport it to the UPS Store and then pay another $300 in shipping to have it returned. If seat clamp does not fit, flip it over. If you're 270 lb put more air in the tire. If you're wider than the bike is you don't need the mirrors they won't work. If you live in Arizona you won't need the mud gards. If it's been a long long time since you've ridden a bicycle Don't be shocked on how bad your body will hurt after riding the first day. Yes even a e-bike is a workout especially one that ways 75 lb. Don't forget to buy bicycle gloves and helmet you will need them. ... show more
