I put the bike together today, and other than a few missing instructors, like how to attach the fenders it was super easy! Coincidently, the instructions, bike components, screen, etc., are EXACTLY what came on my wife’s HeyBike Cityscape 2.0. My first ride and I’m super happy with the quality, power, and performance of this bike. Great value! Honestly. I was a bit hesitant to purchase this bike after reading some of the Amazon reviews. However, after doing more research on the internet, many owners loved this bike. And now that I’ve got it, I couldn’t be happier! Only suggestion to improve is include an LED rear light.

My second eBike and first from Jasion. Shipping was pretty fast via FedEx, and set up was easy. Packaged nicely. Just put the front axel in, place the front wheel, then handlebars, then pedals. Put a full charge on it and go! Either pedal assist or twist the throttle and go about 25 MPH, probably faster if my legs were up for it. I love the color display - very clear and easy to read in daylight. Mechanical disk brakes are good - I feel hydraulic would be better but it seems most of these eBikes have mechanical disks. My front rotor was bent in shipping. A quick email to Jasion customer support and they sent a replacement rotor. Loving it!

The bike LOOKS good, but it came with 2 flat tires, and 2 mis aligned derailleurs.. I haven't been able to ride it yet, because when I contacted Jasion they told me to send an email and wait 24 to 48 hours... I'm taking it to a bike shop today for the derailleurs, but needless to say? I'm not impressed so far. I MIGHT be willing to add 1 star if the bike actually works flawlessly after I get the derailleurs fixed and the tires pumped up. There was also the bad instructions that DID NOT ONCE mention the fenders. I had to leave the front fender off, because it doesn't seem to fit without rubbing the tires. Edit: 10/07/24 less than a year after my purchase.. Faulty battery less than a month after buying it. Jasion won't fix it. 7 spokes broke, and I only ride it on the streets! The back tire is now bent, because the cheep iron spokes broke. The bike isn't safe to ride anymore, and Jasion still won't help Customer support has spent the last 6+ months sending us in circles. They all work from home, and none of them will connect me with a supervisor. It took me 3 months to even get them to tell me the spoke size for my bike! And noone sells that spoke size. I'll have to have them custom cut! It's about $50.00 for the spokes, and, .60¢ each x32 to have them cut. Then the cost of a new wheel... It's going to cost me more than $130.00 just to get the parts, so that I can rebuild it myself...

The instructions for putting it together aren’t very intuitive and could use some clarification. But once together it is a great bike especially for the price point. The front and rear wheel splash guards are very cheap plastic and we couldn’t get them lined up without rubbing on the tires. Considering the prices of some of the big brand electric bikes this is a great place to start. The bike works well, looks good, and gets you where you need to go. My 17 year old is using it instead of a car at this time. Added a rack to the back for some cargo and he is set.

It’s a nice bicycle, haven’t really got to ride it as of yet but taking it out over the holiday weekend to enjoy. I feel sure it will not disappoint. Appears to be a very sturdy bike. The instructions could be a little more detailed, some things were left out like installing fenders and headlight. But if you have put bikes together before you should be fine. The price was great, caught a sale. Overall I recommend this bike.

This bike was delivered quickly and in good condition. The front light was cracked during shipping and the chain broke on the second day of use while shifting. Also, the front brake rotor rubbed on the brake pad but I had my local bike shop fix this while getting a new (higher quality) chain installed. The bike shop also found the chain crank was bent and the screws securing the battery mount were loose. They tightened everything up and installed the new chain and it has been great since. I contacted Jasion support via email and they did reply after 5 business days. Slow support but they did say they will ship out a replacement light and chain. This was just 2 days ago so we’re waiting for those to come. Overall I think it’s a decent value but worth having a bike tech take a look at it or go through all of it yourself before you take it out on the road.
