This couch is better than my husband and I could’ve imagined! We ended up getting one that was a bit too big so definitely keep the dimensions in mind. Our 6th piece was running behind and I messaged the seller and asked if they could keep it and refund us for the chair. They were so understanding, and nice and worked out a solution. They refunded us the amount the chair would cost, and told us to keep the chair! We still can’t fit the extra chair into our living room but their flexibility and willingness to give us a solution was top notch. I highly recommend this sofa, not only is comfortable, trendy, and cute huge!! The company is just as great. It was very easy to assemble, and overall the quality is great! This sectional has hands down easily been one of two best investment purchases I’ve purchased through Amazon! I mean when you’re spending this amount of money you are praying that it’s worth it and don’t have to go through the hassle of returning something of this size ESPECIALLY after putting it all together! But it’s worth it! The quality fabric covers are top tier! The integral structure of the sofa seems long lasting and of course that comes with the common sense of not trying to test it by have a full adult fall from ceiling on top of it!!! I mean come on! But you can relax and not tread lightly on it! This comfortably fits 8 people which is what i wanted. Especially for movie nights and having friends over for great conversations! The thickness of the cushions could be a tad bit better but that’s a small adjustment that can be made with purchasing memory foam and adding it under the cushions or inside the cushions. The pillows are perfect they keep their shape perfectly! The assembly was pretty easy as far as the level of complication. The time it took would was about an hour. With consideration of adding on the fabric covers. This was definitely worth the asking price. And the cherry on top is being able to change out the fabric cover for a different color or replace yours if they become too stained over time. I haven’t purchased the ottoman yet but I will soon! If this sectional is in your budget, purchase it! I know opinions are subjective but I like to think I know quality and value this is it! ... show more

Took a gamble buying this couch because there weren’t very many reviews, but I can’t say enough good things about it!! First impression: it’s comfortable and HUGE. I love that all of the covers are removable and washable. The ottomans have a ton of storage. It does sit a little low to the ground, but not impossibly low to where it feels like you can’t get back up again. The black isn’t a true black but more of a really dark gray. The fabric is very thick and sturdy feeling, but still soft! It shipped very fast too, only 4 days after I ordered it. I already LOVE it so much! The hardest part was assembling each individual piece. It was a simple process, just tedious having to get everything out of the frame and install all of the brackets & covers. It took two of us to assemble and 2-3 hours to finish it completely. Overall, I would 100% recommend!! It’s a good price for a comfy couch! ... show more

We are enjoying the couch, the beige color is a little bit odd, almost looks like it’s dirty even if it isn’t. It super deep and your whole body fits on it which is nice! It’s also long so a lot of people can sit on the couch at one time. The thickness is not amazing, it isn’t that fluffy, and the fluff has already slightly gone away after only a week. Worth the money! The u shaped sectional comes in 6 separate box’s. I love how you can move the ottoman’s to make a bed couch for movie nights or sleep overs. It’s very comfortable but the cushions do look kind of lumpy is some spots but I’m hoping they’ll fluff out some more. I got a 10x12 rug to go under and it looks good! Be careful taking it out of the box’s because my cushions did rip in some places before even pulling them all the way out. I was able to put this together in about 2 hours By myself. I had also done tons of research on a couch and this one has definitely hit all the marks for me! Even with the few cons I have listed. ... show more
