I was hesitant about buying this machine, however, I absolutely love it. Doing the 10 incline allows me to burn fat while maintaining muscle and believe me, you are covered in sweat after 15 minutes. Although because the machine is small it’s definitely not for a larger person and the incline feels higher than 10 but I love that it gives me a great workout just walking. I would give this 5 stars but setting the time on the remove doesn’t seem to work well. You can’t seem to add 5 minutes on the remote so you have to get off the machine to do it which is a bit annoying. Overall, great machine for those with little space for a full size treadmill. This was exactly what I was looking for. This review is after my very work workout on it so if anything changes I will update. BUT- I am 5’1” and approx 135 lbs. This is perfect for my needs. I just walked at a decent pace for 30 minutes and I was SWEATING. I used to be a runner outdoors, however I gave it up a few months back due to feeling uninspired and knowing that one day my heavy foot would catch up with my knees as I ran on pavement only. I really missed the stress relief benefits of running and cardio, so I took a chance on this as a substitute for my 5k runs. I was a bit nervous as it doesn’t have a ton of reviews but so far im so happy with my decision. It came all assembled ready to go and what really sold me was the 10 degree incline. I looked at other models that didn’t have a steep enough incline for the workout I was looking for on a regular basis. I will say that as above, I am on the shorter, more petite side so this works for me but the belt may be too short for taller folks with a longer stride. I did not notice any belt slipping while using. I’m a size 6 shoe and put included on a pic for general reference. ... show more

Obviously I didn’t read description well as it has a permanent incline. I have to hold on to the bar in even on the lowest setting. I had intended this for some slow walking but not feasible it always have to hold on. The bar was also incredibly hard to get upright- took me almost 30mins. It does work well if you like the incline. It is the prefect size only takes up small space and not to heavy to move. But I don’t need to move it because like I said it is small enough and does take up a lot of space which is what I was looking for. Would have given it 4 stars if it was flat and it’d it wasn’t so hard to get the bar up. ... show more

This is a compact walking treadmill that works well in small spaces. I would compare it to a stair climber due to the steep incline. I get a decent workout with it. Since it was under $300 I think it was a good investment to be able to work out at home. Pros 1. Compact. Works well in small apartments 2. It comes already assembled 3. It's very quiet to run so you won't disturb any neighbors 4. It's a really good workout. Due to the high incline it's like you're climbing stairs almost. It really gets the heart going! Cons 1. The belt does slide so you need to readjust it periodically and you may have to contact the sellers to get the instructions on how to do that because it does not come in the manual. 2. In order to get the handlebar to go up and down you have to use a lever to move it and I found it difficult to do. It took me a good 20 minutes to get the handlebar up. At one point I thought I was going to break it if I pushed too hard. 3. I continue to have issues with the remote. The first one that came with the treadmill did not work at all so the seller replaced it with a new one. The new remote does not seem to always work consistently. ... show more

Only one thing that was wrong with this device was the screw cap that keeps the bar locked in place on the left side of the machine was cracked ( it arrived in this condition) I'm kinda upset , but I'll have to try and see if I can glue it back together!! And when I started walking on it the mat would kinda slide. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to return it for another style asof yet. ... show more

Super excited to get this treadmill for my desk. I have used it and works great only complaint is it came with a broken handle and side bar. You would think for the price it would be decently build. I hope it does last me for a while and I could get a good workout.

I like that this treadmill is compact and easy to move with the wheels. It seems sturdy enough, not quite large enough to run if you have a long gait. One feature that I wish it had is the ability to store upright vs. flat. Overall seems okay.
