I’ve been wanting a chair like this for a long time and finally got the opportunity to get this chair. First impressions of the chair are awesome it’s everything I imagined it to be and more. Jason from their team also reached out to me keeping me updated on shipping tracking as it was headed over from China to the us. He was exceptionally helpful through the entire process and answered any questions I have. Truly great customer service. Note that this doesn’t come with an instruction manual on how to put it together which made it harder to assemble however it was fairly straight forward. Overall very satisfied with the chair it looks awesome it’s comfortable. Not sure if their customer service or the chair is better (kidding of course the chair is). Really great buy if you’re thinking of picking one up it comes with everything you need from mounting hardware for monitors to a surge protector ore installed. Note if you have a triple prong power cable (us configuration) you’ll need a surge protector but 2 prong works with the built in surge protector. I bought this chair on a whim. An impulse purchase, if you will. Spoke with the owner about some custom parts for a soundbar and 55in ark monitor. They even made custom logos on 2 plates that go on the back of the chair. All the customization cost ma $120. That's all. Got the chair in, minus the custom made parts because they were still being made. Had to watch a cideo on how to assemble it. Wasn't the best video directions, and some me and my buddy had to figure out on our own. But we prevailed. Custom parts came in, got everything in order. Chair is set up nicely in my garage, where everyone leaves me alone. I love this chair! I nap in this chair! Hell, I've even made love in this chair. I'd recommend it to anyone! ... show more
