I would give this sauna a 10 even if the max is 5 stars. I am so happy with it. It takes about 10 minutes to heat up and start pumping out steam. I love that it has two steamers and a red light. Comes with two sets of eye glasses and chairs. I stay in for about 20 minutes and it just feels so much better than all the other saunas I have tried. Others leave your body and mouth feeling dry. Not this one. I recommend using it, then showering and going to bed. The price point is great and the quality is superb! I set it up by myself which was a little difficult because you really need someone to hold the poles as you assemble and insert them. But I got thru it. Big thank you to the manufacturer and seller for a great product. I highly recommend!!

This sauna is really great! It heats hot in about 10 minutes and gets a good sweat going for great detox. I’m seeing positive visible changes to my skin from the first few uses. I want to give it 5 stars but took off one star due to the fact that it requires a high voltage or two separate plugs on different circuits for the 2 separate steam pots. The size is nice for 1 person to fit comfortably but I’m don’t know that it would work well with 2 people, especially if plus sized. Also, the chairs are very small and not very comfortable to sit in for a period of time.

I was really looking forward to receiving this product; however, the sauna cover was frayed along most of the zipper, and my hands turned black while setting it up. The condition made it seem used and defective. I reached out to Amazon, but there was no replacement option available. I also contacted Itherau directly and have not received a response. Returning the item was inconvenient and time-consuming. Due to these issues, I decided to go with a different brand, as I did not want to risk receiving another defective product.

It was easy to put together. Instructions on how to operate the heating/steam system were user friendly. This system was a nice addition to our Zen Den. Love it.

Literally using two separate outlets the thing blows the fuse the second it’s plugged in. It must be using way more power vs advertised because this thing needs two sole separate fuses. After the electrician etc you’re better off building a sauna / steam from scratch. It’s essential a bunch of tent poles and a tarp with a pressure cooker attached. The red light is a joke, and there is no sauna it’s just steam.
