This gauge set is much heavier and more robust than I expected. It has a nice heft to it and the steel is 1/16" thick. It has a quality feel to it. The stamped sizes are a hard to read but I don't care because the gauges are color coded. All 8 gauges are thicker than their stamped measurement by about 0.3mm (maybe from the paint which seems thick and durable) but I'd rather have it this way than undersized. ... show more
