    • Unreliable, only used it once -prior to drive failure
Capacity: 3TB
Purchased this product in August 2019 for a healthcare client where I needed to temporarily store some patient data. Used it for the first time in The latter part of September. Had some difficulty getting the drive to stay unlocked without timing out. Reached out to manufacture for support in UK and never heard back. Additionally, living in United States gave me a small window to reach their support. Was able to move some files to it. For my first project. Just tried to use it now a second time in October and now the drive is dead. It will unlock - but drive is no longer accessible and windows no longer recognizes that a device is attached on the USB port. When you power on the device the drive is. Among a ticking noise for like the first few minutes when it is power on. Cannot recommend the product for the lack of support and reliability of the drive failing so quickly. ... show more

    • Looks like a normal hard drive, but built like a robot
Capacity: 2TB
I like that my iStorage desktop HDD looks classy and that my data is protected by some serious encryption..it looks good on the outside and its encryption feels very sturdy. I Feel very safe having my data on it

    • Great certified hard drive
Capacity: 2TB
I checked previous reviews and features prior to purchasing and the feature that influenced me mostly was the government certifications this product had received, especially FIPS 140-2. This gave me the confidence that I could put my trust in this drive and know my data is safe.
