This is my second pair. I got the first pair at a discount, and wasn’t willing to pay full price for the second pair initially. I researched and bought a highly-rated, cheaper pair before purchasing these. I regret it and wished I could’ve returned them. I ended up paying more than if I would’ve just bought these in the first place. They are comfortable and come with two sizes of ear cups making them ideal for children of multiple ages. I ended up buying the bigger ear cups for my original pair after getting these. They are easy to connect and the volume is easy to control. The sound is good. They are lightweight, charge quickly, and have a long battery life. Again, this is my second pair. The first pair is an older model that is four years old. They work great for school and travel. We've struggled with these headphones since day one. I should have returned them right away, but we were using them with a new Yoto Player, and I was never sure what wasn't working. It's also hard to know what is going wrong when you're just trying to keep a little one happy on a long car or plane ride. Our kid kept getting frustrated by the Bluetooth disconnecting, and I wasn't sure if it was the player or the headphones. I finally figured out through trial and error that it was not the player, but the headphones. They basically stop working if they're held more than a foot from the player (or a tablet or a phone). This is an area with low interference. Meanwhile, the aux port had long since stopped working, and again, I wasn't sure what was wrong. I finally tested at home with a new aux cable - still didn't work. So I tested with both aux cables and another set of headphones, and sure enough, it's the headphone aux port. Two options to listen, both failed, with barely any use. In the end, for the $99 I paid for these, it was far and away the worst headphone purchase I've ever made. $20 ear buds would at least get some use. ... show more

We’ve had Puro headphones for a while, this is our 3rd pair and we love the quality and the sound. However, my 7year old just took them on a roadtrip and the sound was not as loud to hear them on the road. I get that the sound is lower to protect their ears, but there was barely any sound coming out. I wish I could modify this on an app. I also disliked that she cannot be listening and charging them…at least that’s what we experienced. I personally didn't think these were pretty but they had a wow factor for my kid. We have tried no-audio noise blocking muffs and those were not comfortable. Even without music these were able to muffle a substantial amount of sound (like the sound of my voice). They were also favorably viewed for comfort. Since the headphone is adjustable that addressed some concerns of being too big. We purchased these headphones for our son to use at school. We liked the idea that the headphones limit the volume and protects children's' ears. The school uses computers as part of the curriculum and for state standardized testing. Unbeknownst to us the headphones stopped working pretty soon after we purchased them. It was only after poor results on a standardized tests and discussions with our son that we found out this problem. Customer support replaced the item but as it was past the 30 days, we were not able to get a refund. Meanwhile we replaced the headphones with a much cheaper alternative and have not had any issues. Reading other reviews it seems this is not an uncommon occurrence. Considering the high price and inconsistent quality, we would not recommend this product. ... show more
