So I’ve been using the neck hammock that hooks up to a door knob for the last 8 years which works really good and very comfortable to use. I have been eyeballing this device for a few years now but just couldn’t justify the cost of it but my wife went ahead and surprised me one day and bought it. I was really excited to use it and was hoping since it was so expensive that I would work better than my neck hammock. Boy was I wrong! It’s super uncomfortable and the head strap is a pain in the butt to keep on my head from sliding off. I was’t able to fully relax while using it because if I did, the head strip would slip off my head. Save your money and get yourself the neck hammock for $50 and be much more comfortable while using it.

We are very thankful we got this Cervical Neck Traction Relaxer. Traveling with it is a dream. The product is made of comfortable but durable material. It moves easily in the different directions for stretching. And it can be removed from the carry bag, utilized in an airport or hotel room for 15 mins, and then put right back in. Easy to wipe off, too!

First impression for this cervical neck traction device when opening up the box is the well made storage bag. You can also tell the device itself is also made with good quality. Originally I thought it needs electricity to operate but it turned out it’s not which makes it easy to use everywhere you want. The instruction makes it easy to understand how to operate the device. After using it for a few days, I will recommend using it at lower pulling tension for the first 7 to 10 times. Then increase the pulling tension to the lb setting which you feel comfortable, remember never over stretched. Always make sure you adjust the neck width setting so it will provide comfort and protection while using the device. I felt sore and weird on my neck after the first use and it went away later in the day. Please also consult with your doctor if the uncomfortable reaims after using the device.

I have used a similar machine at my physical therapist's office and have been searching for a device that I can use at home. Wetrac seems to be a suitable option, especially compared to pump-based and suspension devices. It doesn't require electricity and can be easily adjusted for height and width before lying down. Once in position with the head and neck secured, it can be used effectively. However, it's important to note that both the ascent and descent should be done gradually, with gentle rotations. When lowering, avoid pressing the dark red button all at once; instead, use the black knob with the other hand to control the descent speed and prevent it from happening too quickly. After using it for about a week, I've noticed a similar sensation to when I receive physical therapy – a reduction in discomfort. Yet, achieving a correction in cervical curvature requires consistent long-term use to see significant results.

Had an accident immediately after barely recovering from another and I had serious neck pain and discomfort. My doctor recommended me to use one of this at home but the automatic ones are all so expensive. Decided to give this one a try as it looked well-made and the price is within my budget at the time. Although this is a manual unit, once you get used to the mech, it worked wonderfully. I give this a 4.5 stars and below are my thoughts: Setup: This does take a bit to get use to. Since everything is manual, getting the adjustment right takes a bit of work. My suggestion, use your neck for adjustment, but don't use it first without trying out and getting used to the mech first! Operation: Operating this unit once it's setup is pretty straightforward. However, be sure to read the guide and manual! There are some really important detail to follow. For one, don't start too high! Requirement: One of the thing you need to be wary of is the environment. I personally do not recommend using this on a bed unless it's hard enough to keep the rest of your body in right posture. If you are like me and sleep on a soft tempurpedic mattress, I will not recommend you to use this. That's all for today folks.
