Product as advertised. Install instructions were easy to follow and took me about 30 mins to add this softner to my ispring whole house filter system. Greatly improved on my water quality as we have very hard water in our area. I was given a follow up call by Don from ispring to ensure that i was happy with the product after it was installed. Overall I have not been dissatisfied with any of my Ispring products so far.

My area of Southern California has THE worst hard water. It has destroyed most of the faucets and plumbing in the house with insane amounts of calcium deposits. That has all changed with a whole-house iSpring system. The water reminds me of when I lived in the mountains of NC. The water was the best. It tasted sweet and You could hose your car off and let it dry in the sun without water spots. Highly recommend iSpring’s softener and filters.

Ordered this over 30 days ago. I called Don prior to ordering this to ensure it would arrive in a timely manner, and delivered in an upright fashion per the manufacturer's recommendation. Don assured me both would happen. It took 26 days to deliver, and I was told to refuse it if it was on it's side. iSpring did very little to remedy this situation, I would have to have gotten into the install and then needed to RMA it, It would have been the biggest headache ever.

Product was well packed and easy to install. The instructions were slightly unclear due to an overview being written first (without stating it was an overview), followed by step-wise instructions. I think this could be greatly improved by just having the step by step instructions Don from iSpring followed up with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

The install and setup are annoying. A lot of cycle flushes and regenerations, which waste alot of water.

I liked the relative ease of installation except for a blip in the manual that we went over with the service people. Phone was answered on the first ring and no waiting or button pushing to get to a very helpful person. Was not redirected to India. The only complaint i have is that not everyone has 1 inch supply lines, mine are 3/4 inch so I had to go to a store to find some reducers since they do not make hoses with 1 inch to 3/4 inch fittings (extra $32 spent). Would be nice if they offered either 1 inch or 3/4 fittings when ordering.
