Clean ingredients but there is a taste to it. Of course most protein powders have that and I don't mind it. But for some it may taste nasty. I put it in my morning iced coffee and used a wireless hand held mixer and yes it blended up well. I'm full now 😊 Buy it! You won't regret it!

Remember to drink extra water when using protein powder. Store it in a cool dark, dry place , pantry or cabinet. I have multiple allergies and am sensitive to artificial sweeteners, as well as just having functioning taste buds. Regular whey protein powders taste disgusting, and plant-based powders clump up and have next to no protein per serving.
