I use a maybe 20 oz personal blender. Put some ice in a little bit of water mix that up first, then I put in the powder. It mixes very well It's not grainy, it tastes great. Compare to everybody else I suppose it's a reasonable value for money. I like that it has high protein and low carbs. Protein I believe keeps you more full, so if you have it for breakfast, well not always, it's kept me pretty good until lunch. It's cheaper when you buy the 5 lb, because all the protein is fairly expensive. Like a $1.50+ per serving.

Perfect to get protein in. I had WLS in 2020. Recently, I have gained a little weight and I need to go back to watching what I eat. I am doing a pouch reset. I love drinking muscle milk, that is ready to drink. I was worried because previously, I haven't found a powder that I like. I was worried because this only calls for 8oz of water or milk. Normally the ready to drink options are a bigger portion. I followed the directions and used 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk. I bought a hand held blender just for this. I did not like the taste. It was too powdery. Next I tried 16 oz of unsweetened almond milk. I still didn't care for the taste. I decided to experiment. I finally found that I love the 16 oz of unsweetened almond milk, two scoops of muscle milk, 1 shot of espresso liquid, and one tablespoon of PB2. It is very filling and gets rid of the weird powdery taste. I also tried it with blended ice, and that was not good. The powder and ice separated. I am gland that I have found something that helps me get my protein in. I don't have to count how much protein I am getting. I don't have to worry about anything. I have put this to ship to me every 2 weeks. I may have to get it more frequently, but I am quite happy.

Muscle Milk Genuine Protein Powder has a great taste and blends well in smoothies, which made it easy to include in my daily routine. I appreciate that it uses real whey protein, so you’re getting the nutritional value and muscle recovery benefits that come with it. The texture is smooth, and it doesn’t leave that chalky aftertaste some other powders do. That said, after several months of consistent, heavy lifting and using this daily, I didn’t notice any significant gains or changes that I could attribute specifically to the supplement. It may still be helping behind the scenes, but it wasn’t a game-changer for me personally. Overall, it’s a solid product for those looking to add protein to their diet, especially if you enjoy mixing it with shakes or smoothies, but like all supplements, individual results may vary.

I am a senior taking this to keep from muscle loss. Tasted wonderful and I was able to pick up cinder blocks as if they were feathers, I guess it really works well. Better than spinach.
