This will forever be my favourite protein powder and flavor, coffee. It tastes like a milkshake with my morning coffee and lots of milk. I’ve been more sensitive to gastrointestinal issues with fake sugars as I age but after a day or so, I acclimate quite well to this.

Good product, but too much lactose for me. Enough to get me gassy and bloated. Never had the problem, must have become a little lactose intolerant over the years. Switching to isolate and see how that works.

It truly is the gold standard Digestibility: during pregnancy I sometimes found it wasn’t perfectly digestible but other than that it’s very easy to digest Serving size: I think it’s absolutely perfect for my intended needs which are very different from most, I use this to up my breast milk production in the morning and it works like a charm Value for money: yes it is expensive, but so are all the other inferior worse tasting products!
