  • A good choice if you want smooth mixing and creatine
I bought this on Prime Day at a substantial discount. I go through so much protein powder I am pretty price sensitive, but I wanted to try a gentle introduction to using creatine and this seemed like a good option with 3g of creatine per serving. The powder tastes good and dissolves easily in water with just a spoon swirl, no shaking needed. Sugar content is 2g per serving. It is possible it is a subjective feeling or due to other factors, but it seems like the creatine is working. I feel a little less worn out as I go through my routine and I have broken through a couple long standing lifting plateaus. I have also gained a couple pounds of water weight, a known side effect of creatine. Drink a lot of water with it. I will consider buying this again at full price based on this positive experience. ... show more

  • Whey to go!
I started to not bother writing a review as this product already has a lot of favorable reviews. I decided to go ahead so I could tell my story. I initially started my weight loss journey in March of 2022. Mainly through intermittent fasting. I quickly started losing weight and I was ecstatic. At that point, feeling hyped up by the weight loss, I decided to join a local gym. My main focus was weight loss. I only really cared about seeing the numbers drop on the scale…and drop they did. I am 5’2 and my starting weight was 156. I have a small frame and have been anywhere from 103 (high school) to 122 (after having 2nd child). Most people felt 156 looked great on me…maybe so but to me it was too much. My stomach always stayed relatively flat, so the weight was in my thighs and butt. Anyway, I digress. So after joining the gym in May I was able to get my weight down to 128 by mid August. Although I was down to 128 my body didn’t look tone. I was thinking it was because of my age (45). I was disappointed as I thought that would just be the way it was. I ended up having a conversation with someone in the gym and they suggested I increase my protein intake and start focusing on weight training. I agreed. After about 2 months of consistent weight training (4-5x a week) and consistent whey protein intake my body started to transform. I COULD NOT believe it. Maybe subconsciously didn’t think it would work. I also increased my caloric intake as well because I was so focus initially on losing weight I was in a severe caloric deficit. I am now at about 130-132 and I’m am loving the way my body looks and feel. I’m not done sculpting yet but I am so excited to see what I’ll be looking like by May 2023, which be a year since starting the gym. I’m not trying to look like a pro body builder or anything like that, I just want to be nicely toned. I LOVE THIS WHEY PROTEIN. It is the way to go if you are trying to build muscle and tone. I ordered it in vanilla flavor and the taste isn’t bad. I definitely recommend! 👍🏾👍🏾 ... show more

  • The Only Whey/Creatine Blend I've Tried That's Not Gross
I'm not going to say it tastes good–I think that's asking for too much. But the Cookies N' Cream flavor is not gross, has a high-quality blend of ingredients, and is easy to get down once a day after a workout. It is VERY sweet though, so prepare yourself. I tried the chocolate flavor as well, which was disgusting, because it doesn't taste like chocolate at all.. more like something that's chocolate flavored, like an ersatz chocolate of some kind (I suppose because that's exactly what it is!). Unlike others who have reviewed, I don't have any issues with clumpiness after shaking for a short period of time (I use a Blender Bottle). Results-wise, it's definitely been helping. I've been following Bigger Leaner Stronger, and slowly sculpting my body. This shake helps me get to my daily macro protein target, which is roughy 1:1 body weight to grams of daily protein. I'm cutting weight right now, and ALSO getting stronger, which is rare in someone my age who historically frequently works out (and so my body is already adjusted to weight training). ... show more

  • Great Flavor, Mediocre Value
Overall, a decent powder, but not as good of a deal as I was expecting based on the tub size. Traditionally I’m used to a 5ish pound container having 60+ servings per bottle, but this one only has 30. I know this is mentioned, but I was silly and ignored it. With my main complaint out of the way, this whey’s servings do contain a little more protein per scope, being 30g instead of around 25g like I’m used to. It also does appear to be a little bit more fluffy and less dense. As far as quality goes though, I’m really happy with the brand. It seems to dissolve very quickly in a blender bottle, without very many loose clumps. The flavor profile is nice and smooth too, unlike others which can be a bit tart. I also appreciate the slight amount of creatine per scoop. If you take 2 scoops per day you can easily maintain an adequate level if you’ve already loaded. All in all, I appreciate the quality of this protein powder, just note it is less dense than others so price per volume is altered up a little. ... show more

  • Great purchase
Very 🤔 great . If I do say so myself but I would change flavor because I seem to get tired very fast of the same taste when I buy a 4lbs so maybe after this I'll mix up the flavor a lil in smaller sizes
