Bike was packed very well and arrived in great condition, the assembly was not so bad and i found the instructional video for setup to be very helpful though I also ran into the issue with the Seat screen being secured by locktight which made it tougher than it needed to be but with a clamp I was able to remove the bolt and install another bolt in its place. Over all the scooter is very rugged with great suspension and is surprisingly fast, I am not sure about 38mph but she gets up to 30 at least and even for a heavier driver of about 250 pounds it zips about pretty good. You do slow down a good deal up inclines, unless you are a smaller rider you might have trouble with anything greater than 20 degree hills but it handles nice with plenty of pick up on the road and it feels very stable even at speed. Lights and blinkers work very well and I found the breaks to be pretty good with most stops just needing the back breaks while combined you can quickly and safely stop if need be. For under 1000 bucks its hard to complain for a single rotor electric scooter, it looks great and perfect for short range travel but the range is pretty decent. Shame you can't remove the battery to charge but the option to use 2 chargers to quickly charge is pretty clever but I just use a single one. Weight wise makes it a little tough to pick up by yourself and put in the back of say an SUV but if you take off the rear view mirrors and tilt the steering wheel down it fits pretty easy, its not as easy as a fold up Ebike but its just short of being too big to transport if you needed to bring it somewhere. It's allot of fun to ride and easy to learn after 30-60 minutes of practice.

Here are the issues in more detail: 1. Suspensions are damaged 2. The Rear tyre is touched to the fender and i cant be able to adjust the fender 3. The Stand is not able to fit it because the screws are too short and the holding area was slipped 4. Light was not fittable into the holders. 5. The handle was flexing even after tight fixes 6. The seat was not tightening Its completely unsafe and too risk to ride. I dont want to put mu life in danger riding this scooter. I have excited to get it and assembled the scooter for 4 hours of putting my time. Its all wasted and not worthy at all. The speeds wont go more than 30mph on Mode 4. Think about it as well

Best bang for your money. Very good build quality, especially the heavy-duty frame and the welding work. Great fun to drive. Four modes for limiting the speed. Automatic cruise control. Low center of gravity. Very peppy engines/motor. The design and headlights make it a frequent head turner in our community. 2-3 compliments on how fun it looks, and people asking what it is. Upgraded my rear-view mirror. A child seat ban can be attached. The sellers were also great to talk to and helped me a lot with the product.

The scooter is great but the seat issue is frustrating. The seat comes with a bolt pre installed with loctite, you cant remove the bolt because the metal nut breaks free from the plastic holding it in place. Therefore you are unable to install the seat properly. Hoping to receive a replacement seat since the scooter is unusable without modification to the seat to replace the badly designed seat securing point. If anyone has figured out an easy fix please share. Its a shame because the scooter is beautiful and seems well made. The lighting is very nice and the ride is comfy, however it is unsafe without a properly installed seat. I will gladlly update my review if and when Isinwheel corrects this issue. Ended modifying the seat by removing the nut from the seat by wiggling it with a screwdriver until it broke off. Then replaced the nut and bolt and added a larger spacer so the nut and bolt wouldn't fall out of the hole in the seat. I had to the remove the staples to pull back the seat cover enough to get access to the space under the cushion to remove the old nut and replace. Will post a video soon to explain my fix which works perfectly. Now I just need a powered stapler to secure the seat cover back to the seat. Honestly this is the worst part outside of this the scooter is genuinely awesome. Just be aware that you need to consider the seat issue which shouldnt be a deal breaker just a real inconvenience.

This is a great electric scooter I'm making a few personal upgrades but none that are necessary just once right knife plenty of power not enough to hurt myself I don't need a race bike and if it's perfect to cruise the neighborhood matter of fact I'm going to be buying my wife one so we can cruise together instead of her just writing mine so I'll be purchasing another one soon and her own helmet. One shortcoming and it's been noted on social media the seat and the seat bolt which is molded into the bottom seat to have a wing nut or Allen not to tighten it they put loctite blue on the bolt when they put it into the mold so you can't get it out without spinning the nut loose and have to rip it out. I have remedy that by using liquid nails on a 4-in magnet which will place it in the area the bolt hole so I can put a nut on it to hold the magnet which won't move but added security I'm sure others have other ideas to solve this minor problem but I like the magnet big enough strong enough to keep the seat from sliding or moving and or my behind causing it to move
