Here is a quick review after assembly. for starters, this thing is heavy. I am very surprised, and I'm also very pleased because that means it's solid. I am a professional bike builder/repairman. This bike went together simply for me but if you don't have experience you may want to have someone put it together for you. I watch the video online, just to see if there were any surprises. After that, I didn't need to look at the directions or video again. I'm a big guy, 6.3" 300lbs and as expected this thing doesn't exactly jump off the line (especially with me on it) I got it all the way up to what said 38 on the speedo, but without having the GPS working I'm pretty sure it's more like 34mph. Again I'm big, But in the video I watched of a guy reviewing it he was about 250, and had a GPS and the thing still said 38 and only did 34. I will be putting around on this as my "sports car" I have a 750w E trike I door dash on. On my maiden ride of 8 miles the battery went from 3 bar out of 4 to 1 bar of battery. I didn't charge it out of the box. After a full charge I'll come back and list real life milage. In my opinion, this thing is well worth the money and fun to ride. I would like to give 4.5 stars just because the seat is junk but I was figuring on this and have already begun looking for another.

Bike was packed very well and arrived in great condition, the assembly was not so bad and i found the instructional video for setup to be very helpful though I also ran into the issue with the Seat screen being secured by locktight which made it tougher than it needed to be but with a clamp I was able to remove the bolt and install another bolt in its place. Over all the scooter is very rugged with great suspension and is surprisingly fast, I am not sure about 38mph but she gets up to 30 at least and even for a heavier driver of about 250 pounds it zips about pretty good. You do slow down a good deal up inclines, unless you are a smaller rider you might have trouble with anything greater than 20 degree hills but it handles nice with plenty of pick up on the road and it feels very stable even at speed. Lights and blinkers work very well and I found the breaks to be pretty good with most stops just needing the back breaks while combined you can quickly and safely stop if need be. For under 1000 bucks its hard to complain for a single rotor electric scooter, it looks great and perfect for short range travel but the range is pretty decent. Shame you can't remove the battery to charge but the option to use 2 chargers to quickly charge is pretty clever but I just use a single one. Weight wise makes it a little tough to pick up by yourself and put in the back of say an SUV but if you take off the rear view mirrors and tilt the steering wheel down it fits pretty easy, its not as easy as a fold up Ebike but its just short of being too big to transport if you needed to bring it somewhere. It's allot of fun to ride and easy to learn after 30-60 minutes of practice.

For awhile, this scooter was a godsend for our neighbor, who's an older guy with limited mobility. But the longer he had this scooter, the more manufacturing issues showed themselves. The back fender (which the manufacturer, isinwheel, placed on before it shipped) fell off the scooter during a ride- having him run over it with his wheel and crashing terribly. He had broken his hip, and recently has gotten surgery and physical therapy. A standard handyman can build this scooter better than the manufacturer. Not to mention us texting them before this accident for a replacement dashboard due to it not starting, in a separate incident. Do not buy. Not worth the replacement or possible nature you face riding these.

This thing is so much fun! I got it for my wife to ride to work and she loves it. A very minor inconvenience is the bolt to attach the seat got suck and I had to drill it out and use a new one. Other than that it’s a great little moped, the mood lights are controlled by an app. I’m 6’2” 250 lbs and I got it up 36 mph.

The scooter is great but the seat issue is frustrating. The seat comes with a bolt pre installed with loctite, you cant remove the bolt because the metal nut breaks free from the plastic holding it in place. Therefore you are unable to install the seat properly. Hoping to receive a replacement seat since the scooter is unusable without modification to the seat to replace the badly designed seat securing point. If anyone has figured out an easy fix please share. Its a shame because the scooter is beautiful and seems well made. The lighting is very nice and the ride is comfy, however it is unsafe without a properly installed seat. I will gladlly update my review if and when Isinwheel corrects this issue. Ended modifying the seat by removing the nut from the seat by wiggling it with a screwdriver until it broke off. Then replaced the nut and bolt and added a larger spacer so the nut and bolt wouldn't fall out of the hole in the seat. I had to the remove the staples to pull back the seat cover enough to get access to the space under the cushion to remove the old nut and replace. Will post a video soon to explain my fix which works perfectly. Now I just need a powered stapler to secure the seat cover back to the seat. Honestly this is the worst part outside of this the scooter is genuinely awesome. Just be aware that you need to consider the seat issue which shouldnt be a deal breaker just a real inconvenience.
