Very easy to assemble. Ranges 15 mils on single charge I weight 185 -190 plus bags and load 200. So I would get 10 miles on a single charge. Light weight and easy to take on and off the trains. Rear wheel fits easy under a seat so its can easy be stooded away within the need for it to be folded. Runs amazing and built to last. RECOMMENDATIONS: get the tubeless tires. I bought this scooter for my college commute from my apartment. I've been using it almost everyday for about a month and it works great. The speed goes up to 19mph and it is very light and compact compared to other electric scooters. This scooter is also affordable, as it goes faster than other scooter brands and is also cheaper. The app is a little hard to use and finnicky. At first, I didn't like the cruise control and it would make a loud beeping noise when staying at the same speed for more than 3 seconds. I went on the app to try to turn it off but it took a few tries for it to actually work. As for the battery life, it works pretty well for me. I personally charge it every other day when it gets to about 50% battery because I'm worried about the battery running low when I am on campus. I think that overall, this scooter is a pretty good investment and works well. ... show more

I quickly contacted isin wheel customer service and notified them that my scooter had stopped functioning. They were very helpful and walked me through the process. They ultimately sent me a new scooter and I’m back on a scooter I greatly enjoy. The scooter runs smooth and gets me around fulfilling what I need. We were looking to find a scooter that was not overprices, but also worked well for my son as he needed a means to move around in college from apartments to classes, he was spending 25 to 30 min walks. This scooter was not only very affordable but very well constructed, with enough speed and weight capacity to accommodate a 6'3'' and 230 pond body. He has enjoyed a lot and so far after 9 months is still going strong with no major issues with battery or parts. He does have an AirTag installed inside and good luck to prevent theft on it. The scooter ir very sturdy and well made, wheels so far are in great shape and range of distance for him has been great, probably charge it once a week, he is able to use it most of the week with no trouble. I purchased 3 of these scooters. One was a problem from the beginning, one of the scooters handle lights broke off and the stand was so tight, I couldn't easily take the stand down with my foot. I contacted the supplier, they sent me a new handle bar lights but not the stand. I also asked why was it so bumpy compared to the other two I bought, I didn't get a reply to address my issue. Also I could not fold the scooter because somehow they made this one scooter so bad, it's so hard to fold it and I had to force it to fold down. I've address my concern with the seller but seems my issue was wasn't addressed. So I'm very disappointed after buying 3 of these scooters which cost a lot of money. Thank God there's no issues with the other two yet..I'm so close to returning them all because I couldn't even get a proper customer service to fix even one of it.. the scooter is good but not perfect obviously. And if one wasn't not perfect from the beginning, I cannot imagine the other two will have issues later on. Thinking of returning them all. ... show more
