  • Great scooter so far
Style: 15Miles&19MPH-8.5'' Tire
Work’s great after a few months. My ten year old daughter is having a blast on it. It can carry me just fine also at 195 pounds, it goes pretty fast. The speedometer reads a much faster speed than what it’s actually going though. Seems to be really good quality and the sale price was great. I don’t know the range but it’s been fine for our purposes and seems to go a long time between charges but verify the range if you are using as transportation. ... show more

  • Great scooter!
Style: 15Miles&19MPH-8.5'' Tire
I’m in LOVE with my scooter😍 I like that it comes with 3 different speed modes. The battery will last depending on which mode you use it. But it works absolutely great! I love it.

  • Slick scooter
Style: Big Kids Version
Nice little scooter for my child. Nothing to harp on yet; However, I did add service protection on it so when there is something to complain about, I should be able to skip the complaining and just reach out to the service dept of this company.

  • Amazing but not iScooter
Style: 23Miles&22MPH-10'' Tire
IMPORTANT: This scooter (23 Miles 22 MPH 500W motor) is not technically a iScooter. What I was sent was a generic scooter which is sold under the W6 name by many scooter reselling companies. This is important to note if buying something actually from iScooter is important to you. Luckily they said they follow their 12 month warranty on this as well so that is a relief. That said the scooter is amazing, I was skeptical once I realized it was a generic scooter but once I got it I was surprised. It is actually good quality. Consistently hits 22MPH and accelerates very fast. The range like all e scooters is lower than advertised due to external factors. I live in a very hilly area so I’d get around 11-12 miles (estimated) on sport mode which is really good. At a more flat place I would expect easily 15-16 miles. It doesn’t have suspension but I don’t think it’s necessary, I had a Hiboy S2 before this which had hard tires and this is so smooth compared to that due to pneumatic tires. The reason I knocked a star off: Breaks are weird and take time to get used to. I have it on medium intensity but at slower speeds it’s very sensitive but at higher speeds it feels not strong enough. This is just something to get used to especially for me since my old scooter had e breaks separate than the squeeze brake. Additionally, when I got the scooter the rear mid guard was so tightly attached that the tire was rubbing against it. Once I noticed it I pushed it out as the metal was not too hard to adjust but this should not have happened for safety. Another thing is the folding mechanism which is good but having to screw and unscrew while also aligning the metal piece is tedious and more than a standard lever clip that other iScooter products use. Overall it’s a nice light weight good quality scooter, fits in my trunk with ease and looks amazing. It’s perfect for city or college commutes. I do wish it was specified that this is not iScooters own item rather just a resell but them covering warranty makes up for that. ... show more

  • Charged and working, but came with a bad handlebar locking. Really bad battery indicator.
Style: 15Miles&19MPH-8.5'' Tire
Final update: I ended up getting a flat tire. Went to change it, and it was so over-torqued, I literally stripped the Alan/hex bolt trying to get it off, and I'm not joking on that. Why send a spare tire if you literally torque it to the point it's impossible to get off, and you effectively have a $200 brick if you get a puncture... I've been trying for weeks to change the tire, and I'm over 220 pounds and built, and I've destroyed the interior of them and damaged the outside of the screws with pliers trying to change a freakin' tire on this. Add on to that the hour I spent when it first got delivered fixing other factory screw ups, and them misunderstanding that their battery display is inaccurate and they wanted me to straight-up order a meter to check and fix what was no good to begin with... Just everything related to this disappointed me more and more as I've owned it. Initial review: Product came fully charged and ready for use, but I knocked a star off because I spent almost 45 minutes trying to get the locking mechanism for the handlebars fixed as the spring screw came at an unusable height. I gave it a quick couple laps around the parking lot, and so far it seems like that was the only issue, but was an obnoxious oversight. Past that, it's pretty lightweight; I brought it from the mail center to the apartment fairly easily, which was about a 2 minute walk. Between that and folding up, it makes for a nice form of transportation while earning for a car as it's only a bit more expensive than a bike as you save up for a car since you can store it in a break room, which also saves money on a lock. --- Update --- Overall, the item is a mixed bag; starting with the negative that dropped a star. The top 'gear' of the bike drains battery like crazy (not even a mile nocked off 3 battery tick). I swapped to the medium speed, and hit work only losing one more tick, then recharged at home after using medium again and ending on the last tick. My next trip to and from work took 2 ticks off the trip marker, so I thought that leaves plenty of charge for a second trip... Same trip, same settings, somehow drained over 3 ticks and was dying with a bit under a mile left on the way to work, so the battery tracking system is atrocious to say the least. Ended up taking an Uber home instead of kicking the entire way home. There's also a severe slowdown when the battery is getting low, almost cutting speeds in half, which is bad on a time crunch. The brake system is also overcalibrated, and I almost threw myself from the scooter when trying a controlled panic stop, and had to resort to 'jumping' off and using my shoes to stop from throwing myself in front of a bad driver; that's the point I started using the cruise control system instead of the brakes. The scooter has a simple cruise control system where if you have the throttle held for about 5 seconds, it locks the speed at that. If you need to slow down, you can blip the throttle instead of using the braking system, which works very well. Something more to be aware of rather than a downside is that the handles have a -very- small turning radius, maybe 12.5 degrees in either direction, so you have to lean to make any sharp turns on top of slowing down. Final point is that for all my complaints, the build quality is pretty solid. I'm a heavier guy, about 235 pounds (~112 kg), and I haven't had any worries, to the point that I feel the 264 pound limit listed is underrated, and would likely feel comfortable having someone around 280 pounds riding it. A basic suspension system with some springs or shocks would be nice as you feel it in your teeth when you hit rumble strips, but it's a minor gripe for the cost. ... show more

  • Fulfills its purpose!
Style: 15Miles&19MPH-8.5'' Tire
This is a very sturdy machine with very little assembly. I'm not sure how the battery life is calculated, but I rode from my mom's to my house, mostly bike paths. I started with a full charge - 5 bars - and rode 7 miles on the fastest mode, leaving me with one bar. That makes me think that the 15 mile range it claims is probably around the 8 mph speed. I was averaging 12 mph. But here's what I know: This scooter will give me the distance I need to retrieve my truck and trailer from the average distance between boat ramps....and that is ALL that matters.. PS - someone down below said the Iscooter was the worst purchase ever, then gave ZERO details as to why...Don't trust that person's response! This is a nice machine, and very well built. Sometimes I think people who are in cahoots with other companies actually purchase something just to give negative feedback to steer customers away to another product. ... show more
