I love that this looks like a notebook. I've been using an iPad pro for years without a case which is honestly pretty crazy because they are super slippery. I use mine for sketching and rendering and sometimes my kids like to steal it and manhandle it. I'm honestly surprised it's lasted this long. The case arrived today and I quickly put my iPad into it and played with the different features. We have an upcoming flight soon and this will be perfect for the long flight since I've heard there aren't TV's on the seat backs. Couldn’t be happier with this case. Truly lives up to everything they advertise it as. Whenever I buy something cheap on amazon I expect some flaws, I have separate set of expectations for amazon. This is a step up from most amazon purchases, the details are tight and on point. Great pockets, and slightly padded surface. The long “anti slip stripes” might be my favorite touch. For years I dealt with a case that constantly slipped and refused to hold up my iPad for hands free use, I found it annoying but until today I didn’t realize how nice that feature is. I had the OG case from Fintie for the 12" iPad Pro and it was a weakling compared to this one. This case is more robust in terms of protection, but it's definitely thicker than the original. The way your iPad is secured doesn't look like it'd work very well over time, but it has yet to fail or get loose though it's a simple velcro connection. When you want to set your ipad up at an angle this has been significantly improved and you can easily set your ipad up at several angles where it will stay put. ... show more

I have had difficulty finding a good corner protection folio style case with enough stability to hold my new 2017 iPad Pro 12.9" in a landscape position without wobbling and falling down. After trying out over 10 cases (ranging from inexpensive to the very expensive) I finally found the Fintie line of cases. I love my new case. The item is very unique. Looks cool and is sturdy. Although my 3 1/2 year old shouldn’t be handling it, she dropped the tablet faced down, and the front bevel of the case didn’t protect the tempered screen cover from shattering. I had the keyboard for my IPAD 2nd Generation and didn’t want to ruin it by leaving it connected when it really wasn’t needed so I decided to find just a simple protective cover. I am VERY GLAD I decided to give this a try. You slide your IPAD into the protective cover and it fit perfectly! It is good quality, good protection, 3 different placement positions, pen holder, credit card/business card slots, decent price, and attractive. I might buy another just so I can switch looks. Good protection Good retention Padded vinyl cover Microfiber interior Stand ribs are hard leather and not very secure. I’ve had more versatile covers better for setting and fold differently on your stomach while you read, but this one is really only good at writing table angles.
