I have used tons of these and this one takes the cake! The anti tip bar is great. I play golf at 7am 3 times per week and I practically run so I can play in 2.5 hours. This thing drags me along even faster! Love it!

THIS REVIEW IS AMENDED AT THE END I don't like to complain about things but in this case I had to. I purchased this as an early birthday present to myself as getting older was making pushing my golf clubs around hilly courses more difficult. It came well packaged, I must say. It came with something called a "happy page" with basic instructions for its operation in several languages. Also came with an operation manual and a quick start guide for assembly. No warranty card, though. After assembling a few things on it and charging the battery I was off and running. I used it for my Monday golf league and it worked really well. Handled the hills like a champ. Charged the battery that evening, and went to my Tuesday league. On the way to the clubhouse, the remote unpaired from the cart and even the controls on the dashboard of the cart became unresponsive. I had to chase the cart and hold down the power button to get it to stop. I powered it back up and it seemed to be okay until I reached the green on the first hole. There it died. Would not power back up no matter what I did. When I got home I put the battery back on charge figuring maybe I something had happened that the battery did not charge. Then I put the battery back in the cart and it would not power up. I called customer service and was told that no service agent was available to help me out and to leave a message. I tried several times that day. Same thing. I emailed customer support, as the Navee website said that email was the best way and that I would receive a response within one day. I still have yet to hear from them. Navee customer support is the worst. New England summers are short enough and I was looking forward to playing more golf without having to use a riding cart; the whole idea of this was to get me to walk more. I am returning this item and have ordered a different brand of golf caddy. (AMENDED) Customer service really stepped it up and has been in communication with me. Not sure if it's a result of this review or what but I changed from one star to three because they really have been trying to make it right. Besides the fact that my golf caddy died right away the only other complaint I had was that you can't reach customer support right away, even during their business hours. I appreciate what they are trying to do.

I’ve been walking most of my golf rounds for years, and while I enjoy it, carrying or pushing a heavy bag can be exhausting by the end of 18 holes. I decided to try an electric golf trolley this season, and it’s been a noticeable change in how I feel on the course. The biggest difference is that I’m not as tired halfway through the round. My legs and back feel better, and I can focus more on my shots instead of thinking about the next uphill push. It moves steadily over different terrain, and the remote control makes it easy to guide without having to be right next to it. Folding it down for the car is simple, and it doesn’t take up much room. The battery has easily lasted for the rounds I’ve played so far. It’s just made the walk a lot more comfortable and less of a workout

Very sleek cart. Super easy to assemble. No hassle at all. Has potential to be a really nice cart. However It would not turn right on grass! I tried everything. Works perfectly on pavement. Unfortunately the golf courses I play have grass on the fairways and not concrete. Returning was very easy and credit was issued within 2 days after I shipped it back.

Ok just got my car today. The battery is in the process of being charged. The fold down method doesn’t work very well. You have to work at it. I have a cart bag in the bottom fits fine, but the top is too big for the straps in the support. The straps were very difficult to get apart once you got them connected also without the battery the car is still heavier than most.
