I consider myself somewhat of an early adopter and an e-scooter connoisseur, and I gotta tell you: this is an amazing deal for the price. The model I got performs exactly as advertised, sans mobile app support — I couldn’t get bluetooth connection to work, but hey it’s a $500 scooter that tries really hard to perform like a $1200 scooter, and does surprisingly well at that. The setup is lightning fast, the scooter is good to go out of the box. Get the tires to ~30-31 PSI (manual omits that details) — and there you have it, 45kph as promised The only downside is the mobile app. It’s terrible. The UI is garbage, and more importantly — it doesn’t work at all in my case. But I’ll still give it a five star rating because you can do everything via scooter interface. Long press — turn on. Snort press — lights on. Multiple presses (2,3,4,5 etc) adjust gears, turn cruise control on/off, switch between mph/kph etc. — as soon as you get used to it, the lack of an adequate mobile app is no longer a deal breaker. Got this for my son’s birthday, and the best part was that it came on time and sooner than expected! We love the build quality and the technology it has! Its a bit heavy but its solid, and fun to use. I sneak in some rides for myself here and there! iScooter also sent out a free cable/ lock to pair with it. Awesome! Geat Scooter, even better customer service. We started having a code pop up for the rear motor and the scooter would surge and then stop. Contacted customer service and they quickly sent out a new motor, after install it ran about an hour then set the same code. After contacting again they apologized for the issue and proceeded to send a brand new scooter!! What more could you ask for? Excellent customer service!! ... show more

They totally lie about the speed. It indicates 28 mph, but the real speed is only 22 miles per hour. I don't know why they're not just honest about the true speed of the scooter.

This scooter is as advertised, front and rear shocks, it hits 25 miles an hour max, and the range is about accurate I mean if you're driving against the wind it's going to take some battery power and you're not going to hit that max range also if you don't use eco mode. my only complaint is the right handlebar brake is for the front tire so I have to use my left hand. Most people are right handed, And most people want to break with the rear tire not the front, So you lost a star for that. ... show more

I would give this scooter 5 stars , quick, comfortable ride , fits in standard trunk folded, lights are bight, solid build. There is one major flaw- the scooter platform is highly unstable regardless what brand you purchase. The center of gravity is high and small wheels, 10” standard only adds to the instability. Ironically the faster you go the more stable it becomes, but speed on this makes any accident that much more catastrophic, and there is one guarantee with a scooter, you will have an accident. Having extensive experience on dirt bike, quads, street bikes I thought a scooter would be a piece of cake. Nope, you as a rider is like a lollipop standing on its stick the candy end up, add a backpack on the rider only makes thing worse. For example, you turn right at 8 mph, you the lollypop will continue straight on as the scooter goes right. At 8 mph concrete is unforgiving. Save yourself pain don’t get on one. ... show more

The back tire popped several times but I just bought replacement tires that are not air filled and it has worked great.
