Unboxing and assembly didn't take too long, although putting on the front tire was a little challenging. I recommend putting the scooter on a cinder block, then align the larger spacer first, then the smaller spacer, and you will need to hold both in place simultaneously which is challenging and slowly work them to align with the holes. With a little patience and determination I was eventually able to mount the front tire. The scooter is fun to ride, handles nicely and moves fast enough for me and I haven't hit speed 4 yet. I cruise around in speed 2. There is a steep hill near my house that is > 20 degrees (the advertised grade it can handle) and it slightly decelerated (approx. 1-2 mph) but it made it up the hill. If I had a criticism of the scooter it would be the weight - it is heavy at 100 lbs. ... show more

Update: after being strung around by iscooter daily for ten days, with them promising that they would help me to resolve the issue, they have admitted that the controller in this scooter IS NOT CAPABLE of 35mph, because the preset wheel diameter in the controller is set to only 8” with an rpm cutoff in each mode and CANNOT be adjusted for the 10” size of the wheels on this scooter. This is admission of false advertisement and fraudulent performance claims. I had a good review here but I'm editing it now to reflect just how terrible my experience with customer support has been. The controller for this scooter is set up to read tires that are 80% the size of what is on the scooter, and because of that, every single reading on the display is false. The odometer shows wildly high numbers. The speedometer shows a speed that's much faster than your actual speed, which is a safety concern. I've already been run off the road by an impatient driver because I didn't realise I was going only 28mph when the display said I was going 35mph. Iscooter, upon sending them video evidence that this is a fault in the scooters controller programming had this to say: "First, we understand your concern about speed accuracy, especially regarding riding safety. We would like to provide a technical explanation: Different devices (such as scooter speedometers and GPS speed measurement applications) use fundamentally different principles and reference standards when calculating speed. Scooter speed displays are typically calculated based on the hub motor speed and a preset tire diameter, which is an indirect measurement method; while GPS speed is calculated based on satellite positioning signals to measure displacement changes per unit time, which is a direct measurement method." So, according to iscooter, a mile measured by tape measure and a mile measured by bananas would be different lengths, because it's different measuring methods. HOWEVER, "calculated based on the hub motor speed and a preset tire diameter", despite technical support saying that that means whatever they want it to mean to avoid helping customers, what they actually means is "we set the diameter wrong in the controller's settings". If the preset diameter is only 80% of what the wheels are, then all of these readings, the speedometer and the odometer, would be wildly over estimated. So iscooter admits to the fault, but then says that there's no issue and that there's no fault at all? They're literally walking all over themselves trying to avoid doing a single thing for their customers, when literally all they had to do was tell me how to fix this one thing. ... show more

I’m writing a review for this scooter day one. It takes about 3 hours to put this thing together, but it’s worth it in the end. It also arrived six days early from the expected date. Pros: Decently fast scooter for the price. You can definitely go on the streets casually with this thing. The brakes are actually really good. so is the suspension. Comes with good mirrors that you can adjust easily versus the ones that are annoying to handle. The display is very big easy to read. The tires are decently larger than I expected so that’s good for off-roading. It rides extremely smooth and it’s all around a good little scooter. The foot pegs are sturdy. The seat is very comfortable. The little storage compartment is pretty cool. Cons: The scooter is pretty heavy for its size. Which makes it a lot less portable. The scooter takes a long time to set up. Especially by yourself the front tire is really hard to put on. You need to have it elevated. The front headlight is kind of narrow. I thought it would be wider. The horn is pretty quiet, so not many people who are driving a car could hear it. The battery position is kind of weird. It’s on the very bottom and if you hit a big bump/curve, it’s going to be very scratched and probably damaged. A battery is always better above the ground. Overall, I’d say this scooter is really good for the price. It has a lot of unique features about it, which I really like. ... show more

Update: The customer support got back to me about 10 days after initial contact, and from that moment everything was super smooth, and all issues resolved. -- The scooter looks sturdy, however, it arrived with lots of scratches and one broken piece (the mesh side panel for the central luggage box. The biggest issue, however, is with the front wheel. The spacers received with the scooter do not match, and i'm still waiting for the "within 24hrs" response from the manufacturer. I received the scooter 2 weeks ago, still haven't taken a ride due to the front wheel assembly issue. ... show more

I bought mine about a week ago and mine came with a short in the throttle wire so every once in a while it would cut out and you would have to wiggle the wire before it would start working again. Well now it doesn’t work at all and there’s no throttle you can buy for it not even on the website so right now I’m trying to contact the seller and hopefully get a new one ... show more
